The house is simple but like the photos, very cozy. It's very close to the beach and to a grocery store that took care of what I needed. I loved it, I'll be back for sure

The apartment is excellent, beautiful as well as in the photos! Well complete, especially the kitchen, has a stove, oven, barbecue, water filter, etc. The reception and communication with Izinha was great, whenever we need to respond quickly. The view from the site is wonderful and the surroundings are very quiet. It is in the northern region of Ilhabela, a little further from the center, requiring a car for getting around if you want to go to the main restaurants of Ilhabela or to the beaches. I went on holiday, the island was full, so we caught slow traffic whenever we left, spending 30 to 50 minutes to go to the center or beaches of the South region. It has some beach stalls near the apartment, but the structure is inferior to the beaches of the South region. The only point of attention is the ramp for access to the house, it really is very steep, with curves. We were driving 4x4 and climbed quietly, but it could be a problem for those who have a smaller car or have some mobility difficulties.

The place is simply wonderful! Literally standing in the sand on a quiet beach 2km from the historical center. Well equipped with all we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.
