The neighborhood is residential and very quiet, next to Perequê, which is the commercial center of Ilhabela. You will be in the center of the city, with easy access to the two beach regions from here (the North, and the South). The Wi-Fi works perfectly, also for Home Office. The house has an exclusive pool, with lighting, hydro, heating (optional, separate), integrated sauna, all next to the Deck, overlooking the sea, next to the barbecue, forming an excellent leisure area, with a table to serve everyone and 4 sun loungers. At the pier, there is an excellent place to dive and see turtles, countless fish and stingrays.
