Apartment holiday rentals in Praia de Atalaia

The stay was wonderful. Everything was very new and Virginia was very attentive the whole time! It would return more often for sure!

Our stay in Aracaju was simply perfect, and much of it was due to the wonderful house we stayed in! The location is excellent, close to the beachfront, with easy access to everything: restaurants, bars, markets, pharmacies… we couldn't have chosen better! The house is super cozy, clean, well cared for, equipped with everything we need, and even with a super pleasant climate. The decor has a unique charm that makes us feel at home from the first moment. The host was impeccable — attentive, helpful and always available for any questions or needs. We feel very welcome!

Gelton met us in person, left a lovely note and a bottle of wine. I had just had surgery, and he even took my bags for me. He cares and takes care of his guests. Great spot.

The stay was super quiet. The place was clean, organized and exactly as in the photos. The host was attentive and responded quickly whenever I needed it. Quiet and safe neighborhood, ideal for resting. I would definitely host again!

Jerônimo's apartment is well located, close to the Farol beach, on the waterfront of Atalaia and 400 meters from mini-market and pharmacy. The building has a warm water pool and a gym equipped with treadmill, bicycle, elliptical and basic equipment. The building is well divided, ideal for accommodating 4 people and was with impeccable cleaning for our arrival. The rooms have comfortable beds and are well served as cabinets. Communication with the host was always easy, helpful and cordial. I have only these remarks to make: 1) in the kitchen, I missed hand/plate cloths and storage pots for salt/coffee/sugar. 2) in the suite, I noticed 2 weaknesses: the air conditioning and the bathroom. The room takes a while to cool and the bathroom looks like it hasn't been renovated, like the rest of the apartment, and perhaps by time (not for lack of cleaning), some tiles from the box are stained. In short, we liked the apartment very much and would be staying again for sure!

Mari's apartment is simply amazing! Very well located, close to the Atalaia waterfront, with a beautiful view of the sea that makes any moment special. The space is beautiful, well decorated and extremely clean, conveying comfort and care in every detail. The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful, ideal for real rest. In addition, Bruno was exceptional from the first contact. Very attentive, friendly and available, he gave us several incredible tips for tours, restaurants and places to visit in the region — which made all the difference in the trip. It's definitely the kind of accommodation that makes you want to come back again and again. I felt at home, with all the necessary structure for a perfect stay. I recommend with my eyes closed and I will definitely come back more often!

The apartment matches the listing descriptions, is well located and the self check in is very practical. The concierge is all computerized, with facial recognition, and the apartment has an electronic lock. The host Rogério was attentive and quickly responded to all sent messages.

I've never been so well received at an Airbnb. The host is very helpful and charismatic, being hospitable as if we were already acquainted, going far beyond a merely protocolary treatment. He was concerned about our well-being at all times and promptly asked by message if we needed anything. Mil note! I recommend it to everyone.

Extremely cozy apartment, family atmosphere, great location and security. It has everything you need to stay comfortably; kitchen utensils, bed/bath linen. Markets, beaches and tourist spots are nearby. Isabela is very attentive and helpful. I definitely recommend it, and I would come back again!

The Pequi apartment is quite comfortable and has everything needed for a quiet stay! The photos of the apartment match what we found in it and our stay was quite comfortable! The past pre-checkin instructions were correct and there were no problems joining the locality! The apartment is well located, but it is a few blocks from the beach of Atalaia. The hike to beach is quiet! When necessary, the issues that arose were resolved promptly and did not cause any discomfort during the stay! We use tourism agencies for tours, and it picked us up and left in the locality without any problem. The apartment is on the first floor and next to a busy street and there is a club in front that generates some noise throughout the day. This did not get in the way at any time, but it needs to be taken into consideration. Pros: location, comfort, 24h concierge, full apartment, accessibility. Cons: low floor and noise.

Place exactly like the listing. Quiet surroundings, easy to find and close to everything. Marcelo was an excellent host and was always available to answer all questions. The house was very clean and well equipped. It would return without a doubt.

It was a great experience, we really felt at home. Privileged location, very quiet place. Near the beach, restaurants, hiking spaces and outdoor activities. During our stay we do not need to use our car. Comfortable, very airy, functional, cozy and extremely clean accommodation and everything with that clean, well-maintained smell. You can see the care of the host in the last detail. The very polite, kind and caring host makes us realize that welcoming is not just a formal word, but a constant attitude. I recommend and will be back!

Apartment with a beautiful ocean view. Double bed with excellent mattress in bedroom 1 and three beds in bedroom 2. TVs and Split air-conditioners in both bedrooms. Living room with large TV and JBL Soundbar, without Split, but has a column fan. Kitchen with many utensils. The balcony has a complete gourmet space and the Jacuzzi is the distinguishing feature. Another distinguishing characteristic is the Jacuzzi inside the condominium pool, with excellent pressure jets that promote a relaxing bath. Good quality bed and bath linens. Daniel is a 10-star host. He left some beers in the minibar and a nice gift.

My stay at Margarete's place was amazing! Apartment very well located, on the waterfront of Atalaia. I went to take a physical test for the pmse and she was very solicited with me, believing in my potential. In addition to an excellent host, she's wonderful as a person.
