The apartment is located in short walking distance of some of the best beaches I've ever visited. Modern building and comfortable apartment. The apartment is very it's a little small but enough for my family of 4, we were all very comfy. You have available all the things you might need, she even let you use the beach cart, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella, so you don't have to bring your own. The garage is very steep and narrow. Eleni is very nice and helpful. Thank you Eleni for the wonderful stay.

Excellent stay at Sergio's. The apartment is a luxury! Very comfortable, it has 2 en-suite bathrooms plus 1 service bathroom outside the rooms. The area is spectacular and the beach second to none. Highly recommended!!

Apartment exactly as described. High quality linens and bath linens . Small unforeseen towns were promptly met and resolved and we need an extra garage, they struggled to get it .

Great apartment and well located as in the description, Bruno always instructing and guiding us, from arrival until the moment of departure, everything was clean, organized and easy to find, with some additional ones that made a difference, such as cooler, cart, chairs, among others. I recommend and I'm sure we will return at a next opportunity.

My stay at this apartment was excellent! The space is well designed and tastefully decorated, functional and extremely comfortable. The shower is great, providing relaxing baths, and both the sofa and bed are super cozy. I didn't miss any equipment or utensils. The natural lighting, combined with the LEDs, spotlights and lamps, create a very cozy atmosphere. The building offers several facilities that make the experience even better, such as a rooftop with incredible ocean and city views, a gym and two swimming pools. The location is another strong point: close to the sea and two of the city's main avenues, which facilitates access to various services and shops. Finally, the host was very attentive and helpful from the beginning to the end of the stay, always available to assist with whatever was needed, as were the building's receptionists. I highly recommend this listing and intend to return on future visits!

The house is super comfortable, well equipped and decorated with very good taste, making the experience even more special. The outdoor space, with a BBQ area, pool and a cozy area. Suellen and her husband were very attentive from the first conversations to clear all doubts until the moment we returned and arrived home , always very worried to leave everything in perfect condition and assistance to everything we needed. We arrived she picked us up on the street because the house is on the hill, so she needed to show us how to get there without problems. And even received us at the house with mimos. About the house: New house, smelling of new , all items in perfect condition and of good quality, the bed was better than the one I have at home including hahahaha. Exquisite finishes worthy of a luxury house. Suite with excellent bathrooms, air chilling very well. The house is on the hill the access is steep, but to have that spectacular view to the sea we have to climb there is no other way. But it's worth every penny I highly recommend. Nearby restaurant, market and convenience. We'll be back soon.

The house is much better than in the photos. Very large, has a lot of internal and external space. We went to a family of 6 adults plus two children and our pets and it was all very wonderful. The warm pool all the time made a difference for the children and for us who enjoyed it even after work. We found everything in the house and the self checkin and checkout is great because we don't have to bother. We take advantage of the nearby beaches that are beautiful too. Márcia was a cute one and helped with everything we need. We will return to the next work and we will stay with it again for sure! Thank you for everything :)

Taiana was the best host I've ever met. In addition to responding quickly every time I sought it, it solved a great unforeseen event that I caused in a proactive way, finding the solution quickly and in a totally satisfactory way. Congratulations to her.

The apartment exceeded our expectations! It's more spacious than it looks on the pictures. The location is excellent; even though it is ground floor, we do not hear noise from the street. Both air conditioners work perfectly and provide great comfort. The water pressure in the showers was also excellent. We had a small setback with the refrigerator, but Paula and her husband solved everything quickly and very carefully. We will definitely return when we can!

The stay at Claudia's apartment was perfect, very clean apartment and very well equipped, wonderful reception. Perfect location, close to the beach, local commerce. I definitely return, Cláudia very attentive and responds quickly.

The condominium is familiar, had all the items announced, a place near the beach of Laranjeiras, Estaleirinho, Balneário Camboriú and easy access to BR101. Everything was clean, impeccable. Rodrigo was super attentive. Would recommend.
