The house is delicious!! Super cozy and comfortable. It's a complete house! Wonderful bed and bath linens, pool towels were also available. Kitchen complete with utensils and dishes/cups/glasses of all kinds, full tbm barbecue area! There is no shortage of activities for children! Pool buoys, foosball, ping pong, pool, beach tennis rackets and the soccer field! Everything works perfectly. Apart from the pernilongos, we have nothing to complain about. Victor was an excellent host responding to everything quickly. Tbm we were appointed to Thainara to help with cleaning the house on the days we stayed there and it was a great indication. We'll be back!

The accommodation was otima, quiet place of easy access, close to the beach and center. The home of good accommodation, Roselene requests to take care of the doubts. Coming soon, I hope to get another date, to stay.

The house of Alfredo is very nice to be: comfortable, airy, swimming pool, a very nice view...The location is great, because very close to the beach of Piratininga (which is super quiet and good to relax) and Alfredo is a sympathy (received me super well presenting the house). A wonderful stay!

I went to celebrate my birthday with my family! We spent a wonderful weekend. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable and has a wonderful view. The house is huge and even more beautiful in person. I want to highlight Fabio's kindness and quick responses, who was impeccable in communication from the beginning. The house is excellent! A very well cared space with everything you need to enjoy your rest and leisure days. Maximum note for cleaning and for bed and bath linen that were impeccable! It's very close to the beach, in a safe and very quiet condo. Bernardo is a very attentive and helpful host. We'll be back for sure!

It was an incredible accommodation, the view is really beautiful and the environment is impeccable! Jeanne is a lovely person, I felt super welcomed and loved every moment I spent there, it was super worth it! I even posted on social media and a lot of people asked me for a link, I will definitely recommend the place to my friends.

The stay was wonderful! It was my first airbnb experience and the apartment was spotlessly clean and smelling, it had everything we could possibly need, even more than is advertised here. Rafaela was super attentive and kind all the time, accommodated my requests and helped me a lot in the whole process. Not only is the apartment beautiful, well cared for, safe and complete, but the surroundings have everything you may need very close. I definitely intend to return to this wonderful area when I visit the river again!

A good place to stay, super central if you want to go by bus or subway, as you can move around the city using public transport. If you want to use Uber and go to the beaches, the price is around 40 Reals. At the entrance, they were always attentive to entry and there were never any delays. Of course, at night it is a place with almost no people (like almost all of downtown Rio) and dark, it was not unsafe at any time but keep that in mind. If you want to stay in the center to be close to the classic area of RJ, it is a good place. We walked to the cathedral, Lapa arches, selaron staircase and many other attractions.

I had a fantastic stay at Bernardo’s place. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable and the views from the apartment are amazing. Bernardo was very helpful, kind and easy to communicate with via the Airbnb app. I would highly recommend staying in this apartment.

We had an amazing stay at Vergilio’s place! The home was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and Vergilio even met us at the front and took our bags upstairs. He provided clear instructions and was super responsive to any questions. I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

Amazing stay! Close to everything; bakery, market, warehouse, subway, bus stop. Not to mention that next to the apartment there is a very famous restaurant with great prices that is open until 2 or 3 a.m. So I felt super safe arriving late. It would always return!

I just have to thank Fernanda for all the support she gave me. Location near the center of Lapa, you can walk easily, everything is nearby. The concierge was extremely polite with me, towels, bed linen, extremely fragrant environment. My birthday in Rio was wonderful, and much of it has to do with this wonderful stay, I hope to return again.

We went to my daughter's wedding in Rio, and it was the best place we could have found... Adriana, the owner, is very nice and welcoming... made us feel at ease. And the apartment was ideal, it was perfect, the location wonderful, the neighborhood, a beautiful view of the Sugarloaf, in front, close, and a good space for our dog, who by the way loved it... and when opening the door a delicious smell of everything tidy and clean, in the details. We love it, and we'll be back...!

I highly recommend this home! The apartment is very well located, close to tourist spots and local shops. Easy access to the building and very friendly staff. The apartment is exactly as described, it has all the necessary amenities for a great stay (including for long stays). Excellent location, one block from the beach and close to shops (market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Joaquim was very fast and clear, he was always very polite. On my next trip to RJ, I'll stay in the same apartment!
