We left Quinta extremely marvellous! It was a 1 week stay and I can say for sure, 1 week of peace! The place is extremely cozy, clean, beautiful and of an incredible vibe, not to mention the extreme hospitality that Cristina gave us. My tip for the next guests is: talk more with Cristina in addition to check-in or checkout, you will feel all the hospitality that my wife and I feel, in addition to receiving many tips of what to do on the island. Without a doubt we will repeat our stay on our next vacation. AMAZING 🙏🏽🍀♥️

We stayed during the holiday and the experience was excellent! The house perfectly met our expectations and even had more amenities than we expected. Everything was clean, well organized and comfortable. Guilherme was super helpful and attentive, always available to help us with whatever we needed. My family and I love the house, Silvia is very attentive and kind, we were 4 couples and as there are only 3 suites, she provided a double mattress and we put it in the living room. Very cozy place, for those who like tranquility it is the ideal place 🤌

Genuinely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. To start off, Jessica is the best host, always responsive and very kind. She even added an extra day to my stay for free when she heard about my travel plans changing. The house it self is old but that gives it charm. Her grandpa built it and you can tell it’s treated with care. Although it doesn’t say it on the listing this house could technically sleep 9. The view is stunning and they even have sign for a lookout point. The view alone is worth what you pay. It is very private and you are the only house on the mountain. The walk on the beach is maybe 30 steps, so don’t let that deter you from booking. Jessica’s mother is also very sweet and created me with a big hug. Jessica gives you recommendations on food and deliveries. The house is also near the popular sand dunes. Overall book this Airbnb if you want to have an amazing stay!

We had a great stay. The place really is wonderful, with beautiful landscapes. The house really has everything in the descriptions and photos. Aldo was very receptive and agile. I highly recommend! And I hope to return.

Impeccable house. Exactly as in the photos. Great location, super quiet and easy to get around both by car or on foot. Alcindo was super nice, he helped us with everything we needed.

We absolutely loved this house. Our time was amazing and Dario was a very responsive and nice host. The views are incredible. The plants are beautiful. The outdoor living space and beach were amazing. There was also so much privacy here. Stop looking for other options and book this place immediately if you have the chance…

The house is better than in the photos, in a quiet, safe, very nice neighborhood. The house is huge, very well maintained, everything works very well and communication with Leo and Ney was quick and very cordial, I would rent it again 100%! Thank you Leo for everything, it was an excellent vacation!

We came in 4 couples to do the Ironman of Floripa...and, without a doubt, we stayed in the best possible place. And I'm not just talking about location. Eleonara, weeks before, had already sent the "manual" of the house and was always available. Andrea, who takes care of the house, is the best!! nice, caring and very friendly. the trip was perfect.

Very good location. Steps to the beach and the Open where there are shops to eat. For the supermarket you have to walk a little more or take uber cheap. The house is very nice and in good condition. It's just like the photos. Very rich spaces. Very good space to socialize. Hartas Pieces. Clean. Except for some details that have already been discussed for improvement. Hosts were quick to respond and were very willing. They were very flexible with check-in and check-out. They let us do early and late checkin. The gas ran out but they responded immediately and they took it back right away.

Our experience was excellent! Peter was super kind, careful and easy to communicate, always available to help. He showed us great places to visit in the city and also contributed valuable tips to organize a surprise party — a care that made all the difference. The accommodation corresponds exactly to the photos, very well cared for and with an excellent location, close to the market and pharmacy, which made our daily lives very easy. We were positively surprised and undoubtedly we recommend it to everyone. We will definitely stay again when we return to Florianópolis!

We spent great days in this house, with the structure and its location being the biggest differentials. It has an excellent pool, many rooms, a good kitchen, laundry space, etc..complete The point we liked the most was its location, as it is only 1 block from the beach, in a good point of canasvieis, and also has 3 very close markets (less than 5 minutes walk), with one of them having butcher and an excellent bakery. We don't need to drive away on any day of your stay.

Excellent location, we were very well taken care of by the host. The landscape around the house is indescribable. We were greeted by Ana Paula, the house was very clean and fragrant, and Ana Paula surprised us with a wonderful homemade cake. Everything was perfect and whenever we return to Brazil we will book the house.
