Monthly Rentals in Praia de Candeias

Adriano and his wife were very helpful and responsive. My flight got delayed 24 hours when I was supposed to leave and they let us come back and stay an extra night for a nice price. we really appreciated that. it's very convenient, one block from the beach and everything you need is a short walk. Pharmacy, market and many restaurants very close. Nice building, nice neighbors and everything is clean and kept up well. the apartment was as advertised. All the basics.

Very practicality with restaurant in the hotel, market very close and on the same sidewalk of the hotel, place as in the photos, super attentive staff, super recommend!

"We loved staying in Paula's apartment, it's exactly like the one published, all very beautiful and clean. Paula always very accessible to answer messages and ask questions. The apartment is well located and the beach in front is clean and pleasant to go. It has excellent local shops. For sure on a next visit to Recife we would stay in the apartment again.
