Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia de Guarajuba

We spent a weekend at the Vila Odoya condominium and loved the experience! The place is beautiful, well maintained and very well located. The host Aline was super attentive, always available and gave us great tips that made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

The space is well maintained and the furniture and utensils are all new. It has good towels, a clothesline, and a well-functioning shower. The sofa bed is very comfortable and spacious. The air conditioners were working well, but the machines are on top of the bedroom window, which generates a little noise, but only for those who have sensitive sleep. The condominium is also very well maintained and is very close to the beach. At the beach, we recommend Barraca do Camilo. It's not the best known, but it's great. The whole experience in the city was very good.

Márcia was very helpful with the answers and directions, in addition to a warm welcome! The apartment is perfect for those who want the beach with the comfort of being able to return home for lunch or a more comfortable place like the pool area. It is important to remember that to go to the market and shopping center a car is necessary. The apartment is small but very cute, clean and cozy.

Apartamento impeccable and with no unpleasant surprises. All very well cleaned and preserved. I did not miss or discomfort of anything! Parking for 2 cars with support for transport between garage/apto with excellent electric carts. Large condominium with private access to the beach. Very good and I intend to return! Host always attentive and flexible.

We love Dennis' apartment. We could not ask for a condominium structure and a better location. Unfortunately on this trip we had little time to enjoy the beach of the Forte, so the extremely privileged location was crucial so that we could make the most of this beautiful spot. Super attentive condominium workers, covered vacant, not to mention the view of the pool area where we can also pick up ice directly from the ice machine. Think about an ease!!! Ideal apartment for couples with small children, as it is "inside" P. do Forte, allowing all travel on foot. The leisure area has a nice pool and wonderful views. The doormen are very friendly and the condominium has an elevator and market carts, which makes it easier with luggage.

Great home to gather family and friends! The Host and its super attentive and caring employee. It was easy to get to the house that has an excellent structure and is super complete. The kitchen surprised us by being very complete. We spend unforgettable days with family and friends. We recommend and we will go back.

The stay was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, super-equipped and everything is new. Heated pool, barbecue, equipped kitchen, bed linen, air conditioning in all rooms. In other words: all equipped. It is in an excellent condominium. Access from the house to the beach takes about 3 minutes and is via an electric cart from the condominium. The host Eduardo couldn't be better. From booking to checkout, he always responded practically online, available, attentive, flexible and even gave very good tips. The recommendation to hire cook Eliana, housekeeper Nathalia and barbecue chef Josué made our stay even more special. First class service and they did everything. In other words: the stay was not an expense, it was an investment. We left wanting to come back

Espaço da Fernanda e família is better than the pictures and the descriptions. Located in a quiet and pleasant condominium, the house has an excellent common and living area. The swimming pool is quiet, with prainha (a shallower part) that was great for children, with ombrelones that provided pleasant shadows. Space with barbecue, beer and freezer that provided convenience. Room with comfortable TV is a cellar (we do not use) connected with the dining room. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, although they may have renovations of some of them. The rooms had air conditioned in full operation. Outside the pool area with balcony and barbecue, the highlight was the indication of Dona Gildete, who took care of our family and the house very well during the stay. The village prepared breakfast, lunches, and even gave local tips. Excellent! I also highlight the presence of Zaque, a fisherman and who made a deal in the garden almost every day. Great experience. We intend to return

The house is definitely beautiful and well furnished. Wonderful staff (Marluce and Chef Peu) and concierge (Danielle) . The gated community is upscale and the surroundings are beautiful. The gated community provides excellent security and amenities. Supermarket and drugstore within walking distance from the gate and the Village is very easy to go and visit. The beach is not as close and is not great from swimming especially for kids as it sort of unexplored but there are plenty of beaches nearby to explore. All in all a great experience.

Our stay was spotless! The house offers a true luxury standard, with high-end finishes, elegant decor and an extremely comfortable environment. The gourmet space and the pool are a standout standout. The rooms are large, well ventilated and very well-equipped, providing quiet and comfortable nights of sleep. The condominium is secure and has a complete infrastructure with: swimming pool, gym, sports courts and leisure areas for all ages. Despite all glamour the great differential of our stay was the cook Cléia. It has provided us with the best dining experience we've ever had on a trip. Each meal was made with affection, flavor and care, we felt pampered and special, an exceptional professional, she treated us like children with a rare dedication to meeting.

The house is beautiful and has new air conditioning in all rooms. I and my family like it very much. I recommend it!

The apartment is great! Charming, organized, super complete and well cared for! Situated in a new condominium, extremely organized and very beautiful. The high point for the landscaping of the condominium and the very kind and friendly staff. The pool area is also beautiful with two barbecue kiosks. Just a detail, the Vilage is not exactly “foot in the sand”. To access the eh beach I need to leave the main gate and walk about 300 meters. Ana was so kind and thoughtful! We spent a wonderful weekend! Super recomento!!

Clean cozy place, everything we had the need in the kitchen had the equipment , close to Praia de Guarajuba . Nearby Market and restaurant until satisfactory . Impeccable house like the listing .

Maria Luiza's apartment, besides being very well equipped and clean, is in the best spot, in my opinion, of Praia do Forte. Close to absolutely EVERYTHING, easy to find and above all a great spot for those who want to do everything on foot. The condominium is very clean, attentive staff and very safe. The pool is delightful and is right in front of the beach, you can go down from the outdoor area. I will certainly stay there again when I return to Praia do Forte.

The apartment is very cozy and faces the sea!!! City has exceeded all expectations!! Very well-kept condominium and very attentive receptionists, they even gave us coconuts straight from the tree!

Incredible experience from the first contact with Marcelo. Always proactive, attentive, and available to answer questions. The house is simply beautiful and organized, complete and very cozy. A place with wonderful energy, I couldn't have chosen a better place to spend my birthday. The place itself, even with rainy weather (for two of the three days we stayed), made it possible to make good use of its spaces as a whole. Anyway, it's a place you go and know you'll come back, because it really recharges your batteries and for me it brought me an extra special air. Still a beautiful moon to close the last night. Just gratitude!!!
