Casa Bali Guaratiba. Near the sea

Relax and have fun with the whole family at this place. The sea is a 3-minute walk from the house (300 meters) and there is also a private pool! Unlike other locations in the region, this house offers privacy with the gourmet area and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of you and your family. The street is the best in the condominium, with access to the first walkway to the beach, a children's playground with a zip line and a lot of tranquility. The rooms have air-conditioning, as well as great beds (one king and one queen size).

A casa em um bairro novo próximo ao centro e a 800 metros da praia e prossimo a supermercado etc. Na área lazer temos piscina iluminada pergolato, gourmet com mesa, freezer, churrasqueira elétrica, fogão e banheiro. Um jardim grande onde pode levar seu pet e estacionamento. Na parte interna da casa encontra uma cozinha super equipada com máquina de lavar prato e máquina de lavar roupa, ferro elétrico, microonde e liquidificador etc. Quatro quartos climatizados, sala Tv com Wi-Fi e 3 banheiros.

The Verde Mar Condominium is a reference in organization, tranquility and good hospitality. The cottage is cozy and comfortable, with all the necessary items for your rest and leisure. We have excellent fiber optic internet for work or study. All this is 40 meters from the beach and 10 km from Prado.
