This rental was a good experience. Alfredo is flexible, as he let me in before check-in time, responds quickly, and passes on all the necessary information for renting. The apartment delivers what it promises with everything working and has a wonderful view. The garage is not one of the best for maneuvering.

Cláudio's apartment is wonderful. Clean, well located, spacious, practical, well decorated, illuminated and ventilated. I traveled with my family and we didn't miss anything. Nearby there is no shortage of pharmacies, bakeries, markets, restaurants, etc. O Cláudio also sent great tips. Bed and bath linens were comfortable and clean, it has a super practical laundry space, the main bathroom had plenty of space, and everything always very clean. The rooms are also large and with lockers. It has air-conditioning and ceiling fan. We don't even use the air conditioner because the sea breeze is very fresh. The view is beautiful, with the sugar bread, Christ and Mac right from the front. The building's staff were all extremely kind. Super recommend and you're already saved for when I can return to Niterói.

Perfect stay! Karla and Gerônimo are always attentive, a very positive point was the communication, very kind and always responding quickly! Both are more than willing to quickly resolve any doubts. The apartment is just like the photos, great atmosphere and the building has a new and super modern infrastructure.

The apartment is very close to the beach, which makes it very easy to access. There are also restaurant and bar areas within walking distance. Danielle was always very kind, answered all questions and helped us with interesting facts.
