Ideally located apartment, shops and restaurants nearby, as well as the beach nearby. The building is nice. The apartment is spacious, bright, well organized, well equipped allowing you to do a little cooking. Vanessa has always been attentive and responsive. We really enjoyed our family stay in this accommodation.

Stayed with rodrigo for my first international trip, where i didn’t even speak the language. they were truly so accommodating, incredibly helpful. very quick to help with everything. the location is amazing! so safe and close to the beach and tons of cafes and restaurants. Beautiful apartment in front of Botafogo Beach. Very clean and cozy. There is a shopping center nearby with many shopping options. The Host Mauro is very kind and proactive.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful with everything you could ever need. The best neighbourhood in Rio. Beautiful community. We can't recommend this apartment enough. It was even better than the photos. Everything was so easy from checking in to checking out. The most hospitable hosts. So many local shops, bars and restaurants all in a few minutes walk away and we were literally minutes away from the local beach.

Rose is a great hostess who is very warm, hard-working and super prepared. She shares all the necessary information in good time and welcomes you with snacks and drinks. The apartment is right on Copacabana, where restaurants, supermarkets and the sea are right on site. The apartment was very clean and equipped with all the necessary accessories for a carefree holiday. There's nothing missing!

Easy to find location, quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach. The house is the same as in the photos. Paulo provided initial assistance by answering questions and Renato welcomed us at check-in, being extremely helpful and giving us all the support we needed during our stay. It was very worth staying.

Comércios next to the house, snack bars,I particularly ordered at ifood which also delivers. My communication with Maria Fernanda was great, I responded quickly and I had no problems!

Stunning Location with Incredible Views The villa is in an absolutely amazing location with breathtaking views. It offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Rio, while still being just a short and inexpensive Uber ride away. We visited the city several times with ease to explore the main sights. There are also fantastic dining options nearby, and getting around was effortless thanks to the readily available and affordable Ubers. The villa itself is well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and Fabio was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the best of both relaxation and access to Rio!

We had a very good stay in this very nice 3-story house, in a quiet street in Sao Francisco. We were very well received and Marila was there to answer every question. We were able to leave the rental late because the flight was late. Thank you very much!

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

We went to my daughter's wedding in Rio, and it was the best place we could have found... Adriana, the owner, is very nice and welcoming... made us feel at ease. And the apartment was ideal, it was perfect, the location wonderful, the neighborhood, a beautiful view of the Sugarloaf, in front, close, and a good space for our dog, who by the way loved it... and when opening the door a delicious smell of everything tidy and clean, in the details. We love it, and we'll be back...!

The apartment is exactly as described, it has all the necessary amenities for a great stay (including for long stays). Excellent location, one block from the beach and close to shops (market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Joaquim was very fast and clear, he was always very polite. On my next trip to RJ, I'll stay in the same apartment!

We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. It corresponds exactly to the pictures and extends over three floors, which gives it a very special spatial effect. The location on the 13th floor is a bit unusual at first - especially because of the floor-to-ceiling, fully opening windows - but you will be rewarded with a spectacular view. Both the bedroom and the living room offer impressive panoramic views that make your stay a special experience. A small downside: A busy road runs nearby, the noise of which can be heard - especially when the window is open. The area scores with an excellent infrastructure: in just about 10 minutes on foot you can reach the vibrant nightlife with a large selection of restaurants and bars. There's something for everyone here - whether it's for dinner or a relaxing drink in the evening.

Very well located, impeccable cleanliness and practicality in check-in and check-out. The apartment is undoubtedly an excellent cost-benefit. The host is always quick to solve problems and treats you well. This is the third time we have stayed at this listing and we intend to return more. Highly recommended
