João was always very helpful and clear in all instructions. The loft is in a good location with a good selection of restaurants, pharmacies and bakeries, as well as proximity to the Travessa Bookstore. For those who need to go to UFF, the walk is easy and takes about 35 minutes. The loft is also very close to the waterfront.

We really enjoyed our stay at the flat. Very easy check in. The flat was lovely and very clean. Thoughtful welcome gifts. The gym was a bonus. But the best thing is the view - we had the benefit of 4 fabulously sunny days but the view is absolutely spectacular. A great place to stay in Rio and a great hosting team who really made us feel welcome.

A very comfortable apartment on the 31st floor, which allows for very nice views of the city. It has furniture, appliances and utensils that are very useful for travelers. The terrace is very nice and the pool is phenomenal, heated and large. The location is excellent, some nearby places are the Museum of Tomorrow, Uruguiana, Monasterio San Benito, Real Gabinete, Confiteria Colombo, Convento de San Antonio, just to mention the closest but in Uber you can quickly get to many other places in less than 10 min. Eliane was always attentive, responded quickly, and maintained good communication at all times. This apartment, which is in the heart of this great and beautiful city, is highly recommended.

We had a great stay! The host was very attentive and detailed in the information, as well as very flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which was essential since we were coming straight from abroad to visit our relatives. The apartment is small but cozy, ideal for a comfortable stay. All necessary utensils were available, although some dishes and pots already show signs of prolonged use and could be replaced. Communication with Luiz was always quick and clear. We already knew the condominium from other visits to Brazil and, of course, we will stay here again. We recommend it!

The apartment was super comfortable, inside the condominium there was a super well-equipped convenience store, the location was very close to the mall and the beaches, I liked everything a lot. The apartment is exactly as in the photos. Impeccable, new, clean. Although Lapa is known to be a dangerous area, the apartment is located on a safe and well-lit street. I felt safe even walking at night. It's very close to the subway. Fundamental for Rio de Janeiro. Matthias was very kind and helpful. Excellent option for traveling is the accommodation.

Isabela's apartment is beautiful and cozy! It had everything we needed, very clean and fragrant! Sheets and towels, impeccable! Full and functional kitchen. Very nice place. Close to everything on foot, such as restaurants, grocery stores and the beach nearby. This sector is also safe. A very nice shopping center right next door and the view from the apartment is beautiful

I spent New Year's with my family at Casazen and it was amazing. We didn't leave the house to enjoy ourselves at any time, we did everything inside it haha. The pool was amazing. The air-conditioning was all working really well. Warm showers. Juliana was wonderful from the first contact until after check-out. We stayed a few days but we certainly intend to come back again and again.

Great stay! Matt was super helpful and accommodating, even through our accidentals. There was more than enough space for the 9 people that stayed in the home. We loved the authenticity and views the house had to offer. We felt safe and secure at all times. the house is on a mountain so there aren’t any stores or restaurants walking distance but Ubers are super cheap! This is a great house for someone that just wants a beautiful nature retreat. The house could have used a deep clean & there were bugs that found their way in, but we knew were in the jungle so we brought raid! Overall we had a great stay & would recommend for sure 👍🏾

Excellent! That's the only possible word to describe Raquel's house and our stay. The place is identical to the photos and super cozy, clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a good stay, including the kitchen (a point that many houses usually fall short on). For those who go with pets, you can rest assured that there is no risk of them running away or entering any bushes (the house is completely walled, with privacy and linear). Raquel is a great host, very sweet, attentive and responds super fast. You'll want to live there forever. We'll be back more often for sure.
