Perfect location.

The apartment is very nice, the view is very nice, the room is very comfortable, clean bathroom with hot water in the shower. The kitchen is very functional, I used pots and the frying pan to prepare my breakfast and everything was great. The service was always very fast through AirB&b's own chat.

2-night stay in Stéphane's apartment. Fernandes takes care of it and was the welcoming host, very responsive if you have questions. Clean apartment with beautiful view, well-equipped with two bedrooms and 3 TVs, connected to very fast fiber WiFi. On the other hand, just a note for those who do not have a vehicle to go to the supermarket, it takes 35 minutes on foot, even if there are buses or Uber or 99, it was not easy on foot, especially in the evening, so plan transportation. The location allows you to do both sides of the beaches, i.e. the beach of the future and the other beach of the city center with lots of restaurants and beach huts. I recommend this apartment without any problems, good value for money. I enjoyed it, thank you to my Host Fernandes again and see you very soon I hope because Fortaleza is very pretty and I love Brazil, a very beautiful country where people are welcoming.

I stayed for a couple of days. It was a positive experience. The sea view is great as is the location. You are right at the start of the lively boulevard. It is a safe place with very professional and also friendly security and a nice bar that serves great coffee

Great location, close to Iracema beach, market, pharmacy, everything close. Well equipped apartment. We miss a couscous tree (suggestion for the owner). Good cost benefit.

We didn't have any issues during the stay. We are 3 adults and we all love the apartment. We had to use the mattress to make the sofa bed softer, so I believe that to accommodate 4 people there should be another mattress to keep it fixed on the sofa bed. Other than that, everything went well.

The host was very receptive. Not paying attention to the messages. He made his secretary available in case we needed her. I'm satisfied.

I went with my family, and I loved it, great accommodation, everything beautiful and quiet, exactly what I wanted.

My stay at Apartamento de Cristina was simply wonderful, before booking the space I sent a message to answer all my doubts, very quickly and shortly after that I made my reservation, I thought it would be a negative point not to have an air central, but no, as it is very ventilated both day and night and the ventilator of the room gives the message, hahaha, who received me was Cacau and always a lot requests talking about restaurants, bars, markets, and nearby feirinhas, the place is totally safe to walk and close to the beach, and the view from the balcony is wonderful allowing you to see the sea, beach and the city. It was very worth the lodging, I felt at home, I will definitely return moreessss!!!

Everything is great, according to the photos. Great location and very comfortable space. The automatic stove lighter was not working but it is an easy fix. I recommend it!

Hosts are extremely considerate, kind, human and humble… I will be eternally grateful for all the support they have given us on our arrival due to a setback caused by a mistake of mine and yet they made a point of helping us because we were with our baby, gratitude always. As for the duplex… PERFECT! Impeccable condominium, great security, perfect structures for the family with children, very well located, we feel at home, because the apartment is super well equipped and complete with everything you need. The 10 days we stayed have become little for so much that we love our stay. Praising the balconies, with ventilation and wonderful view, it delivers much more than the ad shows. Absolutely sure now will be our stay whenever we are in Fortaleza, God willing. Thank you for everything!!!

Silvia's apartment is a charm: beautiful decoration, smelling, towels and bed linens of fine taste. You feel the affection of the anfritian in the details! Easy to reach, front building with the beach, a busy and safe place. I did not have to rent a car because the location allows you to do many things a few minutes walk away. I thank Silvia for having rented such a cozy place!

Bianca was very responsive to all our requests, our stay went very well, the accommodation is faithful to the photos, very comfortable. The accommodation is located in a unique complex ideal for friends and family, we really loved it!

Lucilene was super helpful in everything we needed, and when there was a situation that the Suítes hotel could not resolve, she went personally and resolved everything. The apartment is a mini house, with a little bit of everything for us to stay. As we did not have a package with food at the hotel, we bought it at the market and cooked in the apartment. I recommend it, and if I return, I will stay in her apartment again. Thank you very much Lucilene, for the hospitality. The structure of the Hotel Suítes is breathtaking and the beach is almost private and beautiful. The staff at the Suítes hotel are extremely polite, helpful and quick, and there was no distinction at any time because we were guests of the owner and not the hotel. A differentiated service. I definitely recommend it.

The location and view of this apartment are just perfect. Lovely sea view and breeze, just across the road from the beach, walking distance to anything you may need (pharmacy, restaurants, supermarket...). The building is super secure and modern, with no keys needed, but face recognition and codes, which makes it so handy not to have to always take and split keys between guests. For the same reason checkin and checkout are super handy. Shallow outdoor pools, so the kids could play with no fear. Padaria/mini market within the building facilities, which again, so convenient. The biggest area of the apartment is the balcony (with jacuzzi, bbq, outside shower...), where we stayed all the time, also for the breeze. The inside of the apartment is "small" (as seen in the pictures), but ideal for what we needed and fast to cool off with aircon. Before our trip the host was super helpful in putting me in contact with a local school for my kids, which they loved. Super recommend this listing

Marina always responded very quickly, very kindly. The photos are identical to the Ap, everything is very clean and organized, beautiful view, close to everything and what is worth mentioning is that Marina was very accessible with the check-in and check-out times. Marina deserves a 1000-star rating along with her accommodation. There should be more “marinas” like her around here. Gratitude.
