Apartment near the beach. Ideal for families with children. The space has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people. We have electric showers, air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and 1 fan for those who sleep in the living room. Important note: Energy consumption is not included in the daily rate. But I give 20 kilowhats as a courtesy. Kilowatt Value: 1.89 The doormen on duty record the initial and final readings with the guests.

Beautiful and cozy newly renovated apartment, facing the sea, easy access to the Iracema Beach landing. Your family will be close to everything by staying in this well-located place. Easy access to the waterfront promenade, close to supermarket, pharmacies and good restaurants! Close to tourist spots such as Bar do Pirata, Dragão do Mar, Belchior tourist center, the Iracema statue, the famous Av. Monsignor Tabosa and seaside fairs. Netflix and Amazon platforms available.
