Good apartment for families! I went with my husband and my 3-year-old daughter! Very quiet building, very polite reception staff (all of them), very good building structure. The photos are very true. The location is good, a little far from everything we were doing, but nothing that an Uber couldn't solve. We had a setback on the penultimate day, but it was communicated very quickly and resolved. I highly recommend this apartment for rent.

My stay was **perfect** in every way! The apartment is exactly as in the photos: **impeccable, super clean and very cozy**. Clayton, the host, was **attentive and flexible at check-in**, which made my arrival much easier. I loved his communication, always helpful and attentive! The neighborhood is **wonderful**, with everything nearby – markets, restaurants and easy transportation. I am from Bahia and it was my fourth time in ES. I have no words to express my satisfaction with this apartment! The place is perfect and very complete. Felipe is super attentive and kind. He sent a message several times to see if we needed anything. I felt at home, and this only happens when the place is really pleasant. Fully equipped kitchen, even cleaning supplies were available. Clean and fragrant bed linen and towels, comfortable bed and the upgrade was the Premiere and SporTV channels, for us to watch the games. I am immensely grateful to Felipe and I hope to return soon and stay again in this cozy place.

Everything is perfect! The place is super cozy, clean and well located. Everything was in order when I arrived and I felt super comfortable. The host was very nice, responded quickly and helped me with what I needed. I would definitely stay there again. I highly recommend it! Very well located, easy access to Costa beach and Praia da Costa shopping mall, you can go on foot!!

We stayed 6 days and loved very much. We went with a 1-year-old boy and we enjoyed a lot of the pool and the toy library that are excellent. The location is also very good. I loved everything. Jean was a great host and facilitated from the beginning our communication and stay!! The apartment is extremely beautiful, well located, comfortable, and helpful.
