Holiday rentals with a sauna in Praia de Itapoã

Wet jice place with good location and friendly host !

10/10 I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Vila Velha, an impeccably clean, well-decorated apartment, modern, beautiful view, there is a little market inside the building if you don't want to go to the market… worth every penny. We liked it very much. Lucas was excellent, he welcomed us with great kindness, recommended places for lunch and showed us the condominium. The apartment is wonderful, everything was in perfect condition and it was very fragrant!! We intend to come back more often!

I recommend with my eyes closed ! It was better than I expected The host is super helpful! The location is great. Everything clean and organized.. I'd come back a thousand times if I had to.

I really enjoyed staying in the apartment, very comfortable and it perfectly accommodated three people. They were very kind, even putting out coffee and sweetener.

The apartment is excellent! Very clean, organized, well-equipped and fragrant. It is very well located, in a building with excellent infrastructure. Carla is to be congratulated for her service and availability, every time I requested it, I was promptly attended to.

Everything was as described , the beach was a few metres away , all the local amenities were with a few blocks and very easy to walk too . Apartment was super comfortable, and any questions were answered with minutes .. highly recommended

Excellent apartment, we stayed 4 days and it's exactly as promised. Close to the beach, clean, well-equipped apartment, good shower and comfortable bed; which is very important to us. We'll be back for sure. Camila is to be congratulated.

The apartment is perfect: great collon , clean bed clothes and excellent air-conditioning. Equipped box. Location : You can go to the beach,bakery ,supermarket without using a car. For those with a child, it is also interesting because it is close to Praia da Sereia . The hospitality and sympathy of Nathalia and her father , Mr.Ricardi ,only complete the perfect setting! I miss you already!

The house has exceeded our expectations! It's beautiful, just like in the photos, and had everything we needed to spend the weekend! Despite the slightly rainy weather, we enjoyed it a lot thanks to the heated hydro and sauna. We celebrated my birthday and my wife's birthday with friends and it was wonderful! We highly recommend it!

I loved the space! Sauna, swimming pool, everything very clean! The only thing I missed was having a closet or any other furniture to accommodate our personal belongings and clothes. Even if the stay is brief, or not, I don't like having to leave them in the bags and the bags on the floor. I saw a space in all the rooms that would be a closet, maybe in the future... Just one observation, because the house in general is very comfortable and both Pollyana and her mother are always proactive... the whole family loved it.

I purposely rent Licelia place to be closed to where my Mom is, and I was right. The location was perfect. Besides see my Mom every single day I was blessed to be right in the heart of the beautiful Barra do Jucu. At Licelia's house we had everything we need it. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots ready to be used. At the table was a charming vase with natural yellow flowers and a plate with local fruits. Incredible! She even went on and beyond in leaving us brand new,clean bed sheets and towels. Her house was cozy, bright and peaceful. I strong recomend Licelia's place. I hope in God to be back that soon.

The house can be better than the advertised in the photos. And more complete as well. The entire house was impeccable and extremely clean. Smelling linens and towels. The housekeeper (unfortunately I don't remember the name) was going to clean the pool every other day. In the kitchen in all the utensils you can imagine (from varying glasses to couscous!) Victor was an excellent host, always texting to see if everything was right and if we needed anything. Anyway... we'll be back for sure!

The house is wonderful! Very close to an empty and beautiful beach. We went with four kids and they had a great time. The house is well equipped, we just miss a few better knives. The beach chairs were a great surprise. We love the outdoor area. A special highlight for the host. Very available and helpful. I recommend the stay. It was family fun days that we won't forget.

The house is very spacious and excellent for the whole family (including children). The location is quiet and reserved, exactly facing the sea. Eduardo was very polite and Darlene was very responsive and helpful. She met all our needs. If anyone needs someone to cook, I recommend Cleunara's services. Excellent cook and very nice! My family and I will remember this house fondly and we certainly hope to return!

Large house, complete with furniture, mattresses, kitchenware. Pool and excellent sauna. Large and well-kept yard. We love and will come back for sure!
