I loved my stay at the apartment! The location is perfect, right in the center of Floripa, with an incredible view of the Hercílio Luz bridge. The apartment is super comfortable, just like in the photos, and had everything I needed for a quiet stay. The supermarket is in the building, as well as several other shops and restaurants, which made everyday life much easier. Access to the building, apartment and parking space was super easy. I highly recommend and would certainly stay here again!

Everything was great! Even before we arrived, communication was fast, clear, and efficient! The place is well equipped with bed linen, towels, and kitchen equipment. Illuminated, airy and quiet place. The street is very quiet, and it is close to bakeries, restaurants, and Rua Búzios. I recommend it.

This is a beautiful place. The beach nearby is great. It serve as a base for my family visit, and was easy to go to any recommended place in Floripa.

The apartment is very nice and bright, the balcony with a jacuzzi grill and an incredible view of the nose and its vegetation. The tranquil barrio with a good gastronomic offer a few blocks away, and supermarkets for cooking at home. Highly recommended !!

Katia's place is perfect. Staying by the sea and watching the city's movement is very special. Close to restaurants, shopping. We did a lot on foot and without getting stuck in traffic. The apartment served us very well because we were a group of 5 people where everyone was well accommodated and had privacy.

Was in town for a wedding and this was the prefect location to get to all of the great hot spots in the area with a sense of calm and home when getting back for the evening. I have not slept this good in months. Highly recommend stay here and the host was very hospitable and helpful. Thanks again see you next time.

We love the apartment! Everything in very good taste. A light and cozy atmosphere. Great location ( on the street of the beach) and easy access to several beaches. Super quiet neighborhood! Jacek was ready to answer the questions and was ready to help us with what it took. We'll be back for sure.

their space Carlos is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was extremely clean and complete, it has absolutely EVERYTHING. Colchao and IMPECCABLE bed and bath linens! Ateinha de cabelo. Carlos was a very dear host and responded quickly the times I needed it! If you go to Floripa and want to stay in a beautiful and quiet place, here is your place. I'll always come back!

Perfect location and close to beach, trails, town, nightlife, and one of the most places in Florianopolis! I highly recommended it. Chris gave us great tips on what to do and where to go.

The Lucineia space, is exactly as described . Everything is neat and clean. Very well equipped with everything we need,and even more . The leisure area is very good , has the jacuzzi that has a heating system, for the children it was great . It was a pity that it was very windy, but we still enjoyed it. The space has a booklet with all the information on how to proceed. Lucineia was always very helpful , responding very quickly . I stayed on many Airbnb , but this one was undoubtedly the most equipped . Madcas, barbecue utensils and even games for children . Without a doubt a very welcoming space that is worth hosting .

Very good location, family atmosphere area, close to the beach. The pristine dpt, a little girl some rooms, but comfortable in general ! Good attention from the host!

Very nice place, we loved the stay, as we like to prepare meals at home we had no problem, because the kitchen is very complete, a beautiful view of the sunrise, warm shower, comfortable bed 💗
