Great location, one block from the Ponta Verde waterfront. Apartment just like the listing, clean, with clean bed and bath linens. Air conditioning in both bedrooms in excellent working order, large living room. Host always available to answer questions and proactive for any repairs.

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

We love your stay! Easy to find, by the sea/back street/garage, all well signposted. Fully equipped kitchen, and with basic items (coffee, filter, salt, detergent) - we also leave coffee, filter and spices😬 Super comfortable bed, very dark room for sleeping❤️ There is a food park 5 minutes away that has all kinds of food and drink! Several kiosks on the avenue too! Eduardo also recommended us to very beautiful beaches nearby, 15 min by Uber, Guaxuma and Garça Torta, beautiful and with good structure! The balcony overlooks the sea, and it's a great place to have breakfast there in the morning! They even had two beach chairs in the apartment, but we only saw them on the last day🤣 It was an excellent stay and we highly recommend it!

The apartment is sensational, close to the fairs, restaurant, market, pharmacy, beachfront, all on foot, we went out at night on foot, a very safe place. Special thanks also to the concierges Fernandes and Cleidi, they are very attentive and kind. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Maceió.

The location of the apartment is amazing and it is possible to do practically everything on the beach because it is opposite the avenue of the edge of Ponta Verde and close to the most popular sights in the city. Veronica's apartment is very cozy and has everything we needed to spend the days. Me and my Wife love it too much!

The apartment is perfect, well decorated, illuminated and well flavored. The TV is a show, as is the towels and linen. The kitchen is well equipped for small meals, the availability of the cooler is also a hand on the wheel. The penthouse is a spectacle apart, the sunset is amazing, the panoramic view of the elevator a show! I have no negative points, just details like the bed that could be bigger for the couple, and I think the extra mattress is not comfortable for a third guest. Ah, and the sea view of the apartment is only from the side on the balcony, which is still amazing. I would stay again and recommend it!

We stayed a week and the stay was very good. The location is perfect, we hardly need the car. The view is wonderful. The house met our needs well. When we need the host has answered us quickly. There are some points that I believe can further improve the stay, such as a larger TV and more kitchen utensils, there were few pots, but it is nothing that hinders the stay. Overall I indicate.

We stayed in a group of 6 adults for 1 week in Elias' apartment. The location is privileged, in front of the beach, close to tourist spots and supermarket. Although the building's facade is older compared to the others, the apartment is new, renovated and we lacked nothing during the stay. The 3 bedrooms have air conditioning that worked perfectly, the beds are comfortable, and one of the bedrooms has a smart TV. For us, who like to watch football, the big TV in the living room was a plus. Kitchen is well-equipped. Contact with Elias was smooth, he responds quickly and is super helpful. As an improvement, I suggest just a TV in the other 2 bedrooms to be perfect. I would recommend it with confidence and would also stay again on another occasion.
