Casa Caetana is perfect! Starting with the location, which is in a condominium in front of the beach. While it is relatively close to the Sargi and downtown Serra Grande (where the restaurants and markets are), the house is in a place of extreme peace and security. The house is also very new, with beautiful furniture and air-conditioning in all the rooms. It has a barbecue and full kitchen, as well as a wonderful outdoor area for meals! Ariana is a 1000-star host, always available and willing to help. I highly recommend anyone to stay in this beautiful house! Thank you Ariana!

The house is a delight! Comfort to measure and all equipment available. We had absolute privacy and silence (only the sounds of nature, which I particularly think is a delight). We could rest in complete peace. In a few steps we were on the beach and on the river. By car, you get to paradisiacal places, waterfalls, cities, dozens of restaurants, bars and beach stalls that are not lacking in this region. I think it's a trip that doesn't work without a car. We are a couple of different rhythms, so while he went to the beach surfing, I could sleep later or read a book on the net. We cook in the house and also try good food in different places. Vilson was attentive all the time and made us very comfortable, as well as being extremely kind and helpful. The house being fully telada is a highlight that is worth reinforcing, there are many insects and animals in the region and inside the house we feel nothing.

Ilka received me with open arms and heart! :) The owner was very kind and requests, even before I close my reservation. Always attentive, helping with everything that was needed, and more! This house is a small paradise on the sands of Sargi Beach. The space has a beautiful garden, which receives illustrious visits from many birds such as kissing flower, toucans and others. It was a joy to wake up every day watching its visitors. Designed in the smallest detail for the guests to feel at home ( and that's how I felt), the house has affective decoration and all the utensils needed for a great stay. I LOVED IT! It would come a thousand times!

Excellent place, the sound of the perfect sea noise to hear from inside the house, clean place, practically foot in the sand, utensils in the house are great, very cozy, I went with my husband and my parents, and everyone was super satisfied, the only thing we missed was air conditioning, because we have at home , but we already knew that there was no air conditioning, and another important point is to take repellent , we did not take repellent, but in the house there are several fans that helped a lot. Regarding Lucas, a simple and agile person to meet our needs. Very organized condominium! We will return and super indico! Thank you Lucas!

We love the days in Suzy's place! We left there with a lot of desire to have stayed longer! The place is perfect for resting, and it's nearby to go to the beaches as well. The house is comfortable, well-equipped and the cleaning was impeccable! It was amazing the experience of being in the making with a breathtaking view, an absolute peace and still know more about the culture of cocoa! During the stay we had all the support of Gaza, very dear, capricious, helpful and polite, and we were also delighted with Marcos' wide smile and passion for cocoa culture, he really loves what he does! Oh, and the property's dogs were our xodó! Carinhosos e super tranquil us, including the children. Suzy is a great host! A pity that our schedules did not coincide so that we could have met in person! Your artistic touch is all over the place!
