My stay was excellent! The apartment is super comfortable, well equipped and very cozy — I felt at home, it has all the necessary utensils and a little more. The air conditioned are all working perfectly. The location is also great, with 20 steps we are on the beach. I want to highlight especially the attention and care of Hosts, Odilon and Fabiana, always helpful and kind. I will definitely stay here again and I recommend with my eyes closed. I really liked the stay, the house was clean when I arrived, the check in was in a great time and very simple, the house is very cozy, the condominium is wonderful, there is barbecue area, swimming pools, soccer field, block, mini market, mini library, sauna, space to do exercises, restaurant, playground for children, an amazing lake, very quiet environment with 24-hour monitoring, very close to the beaches, it was great, the checkout was very simple too, for sure I will be back. Priscila answered me quickly, it was all easy for me. The only point I didn't like was the single mattresses, they were smelly, I had to sleep on the sofa bed, but otherwise no complaints.

Extremely quiet place, gated condominium with 24h gate, several leisure areas and the apartment is complete with the utensils. Luiz responds quickly and gave all instructions. I recommend and intend to return.

Our stay at the accommodation was wonderful!!!! The apartment is great, well ventilated with everything you need to make meals and a breathtaking view of the lagoon. There were 5 of us and we were all accommodated very comfortably.

Eapço marvellous, this place and beautiful of more, the ap has a view that rests, I love this place. O Elias otimo anfitriao, atendimento otimo. When we arrived, I felt at a Hotel, face bath towels, water , soap, just have to take it from home, the rest has everything. Parabens!!!!

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has everything we need. The apartment is facing the lake, with a pleasant view. I already knew the condominium, which is great, quiet. It is not far from the beach, by car it is 3 minutes, on foot should be a walk of about 10 minutes.

Hope to return soon, space corresponds to the announcement, Marjory was a lot of requests in the service. Space as described. As a suggestion would be a bigger refrigerator.

The house has exceeded our expectations! It's beautiful, just like in the photos, and had everything we needed to spend the weekend! Despite the slightly rainy weather, we enjoyed it a lot thanks to the heated hydro and sauna. We celebrated my birthday and my wife's birthday with friends and it was wonderful! We highly recommend it!

cozy accommodation, everything very organized. Luiz Felipe is very polite and made us feel very comfortable, the house is very nice. I just missed a thicker blanket because of the air, but everything is clean and very new. The location is good, close to the beaches and always 5.6 minutes from any app driver..., I will definitely stay again.

I purposely rent Licelia place to be closed to where my Mom is, and I was right. The location was perfect. Besides see my Mom every single day I was blessed to be right in the heart of the beautiful Barra do Jucu. At Licelia's house we had everything we need it. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots ready to be used. At the table was a charming vase with natural yellow flowers and a plate with local fruits. Incredible! She even went on and beyond in leaving us brand new,clean bed sheets and towels. Her house was cozy, bright and peaceful. I strong recomend Licelia's place. I hope in God to be back that soon.

Linda and Mauro are wonderful hosts!!! They welcomed us in person and made sure to introduce us to everything. Extremely caring and attentive. They even left us some treats! Chocolates, flowers, a walk for my labrador. They're sweethearts! The house is exactly as advertised. The place really has a wonderful view and the condominium is very organized and pleasant. Especially for those who go with pets. The beaches, the Paulo César Vinhas Park, everything is very close. To Linda and Mauro, my eternal gratitude.
