The stay was perfect. The house is much more than we imagined: equipped, clean and very comfortable. The heated pool is a differential, you can enjoy it until the evening. Fábio is a great host, he answered all our questions quickly. José, the pool manager, is very friendly and gave us several tips on what to do in Ilhabela. The experience was unforgettable and we will definitely come back again! We would like to thank you very much and see you soon.

The house is simply sensational! Very comfortable, well equipped and perfect for resting with the family. The view is wonderful, the ones that we miss just looking at the photos later. The beach is very close, with easy access, and the best: it was empty and super pleasant, ideal for going with children in all tranquility. The host was extremely kind and helpful throughout the stay, made us feel right at home. I would definitely come back more often and I recommend with my eyes closed!

My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

The house has a WOW factor that I've never seen before. It looks like a mixture of Fernando de Noronha and Hawaii! It doesn't look like we're on the coast of SP! The house is super clean, exactly as it is in the photos but even more beautiful for the natural beauty! It was an amazing experience!

Ronaldo's house is a 10! Beautiful, extremely tasteful, impeccably clean and well cared for, super complete in utensils, bedding and bath of the highest quality. Very well located, you can walk to the local shops, the beach and great restaurants. Super quiet neighborhood and safe location. And the icing on the cake is meeting Ronaldo and Neusa, very dear and good people! It was a pleasure to spend my birthday with my family at their house, we have never been so well received on Airbnb. The hard part was leaving, but we will certainly be back!

Comfortable home, very well equipped and very beautiful. With easy access to see several beaches of Ubatuba. Tiago was extremely solicited and kind with us, including passing several tips from the surroundings.

The house has a great location,well aired, with access to two beaches, private security. Me and my family liked it so much that we were there in 2023 and now 2025. Victor is attentive and always answered our questions. My family and I recommend it, whoever you are won't regret it.

The house is beautifully kept with nice comfy beds, adequately stocked kitchenware, and nice beach chairs to bring along when we went to the beach. The house itself is on a property that is gated and feels private with access to two small beaches that were amazing to walk along. It was special to come back each day from our various adventures in the area and have a nice place to relax. The best part was waking up to the sun rising over the mountains, a view of Ilhabela, and many birds chirping and flying along the water. It was such a beautiful place to be! The location allowed us to get to Praia do Guaeca, the ferry to Ilhabela, and Sao Sebastiao (for groceries at Pao de Açúcar) very easily. The host is very responsive and was helpful.

What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made sure to help us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It feels like a family home. The bedroom and bathtub upstairs were a great plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely return to take the family with us.

Raquel's food and Milton's caramelized popcorn and barbecue are top-notch, he made a huge bonfire, he's always ready to help. Brenda keeps the rooms impeccable and decorated with charming details. The house has everything we need, and if something is missing, Milton provides it. Everything is perfect with the help of the Hosts who live in our hearts. Without a doubt, the best Airbnb stay! Simply perfect! Very much our style, with that adventurous atmosphere and the boat crossing to Bonete beach. The house has a delightful vibe, with a natural white noise: the waves of the sea. Hilda, our host, was super helpful from the first contact. She gave us tips on the location, useful information for the arrival, and even a crib and diaper for the baby. Book soon before I book again 😂

Full house, spacious and well-functioning. It is not far from the beach. It has comfortable furnishings, spacious rooms, working bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen, mainly with electrical utensils. Good communication with the owners. I just thought the check-in time was too late. We made early check in with an extra fee payment of about a quarter of the amount of one night. I also think it is valid to make it clear that there is only a small parasol available (important because the house accommodates up to 11 people and the parasol holds no more than 3 people). But super recommend the house. Great cost-benefit and would come back easy!

Very well located near Itamambuca beach, in a beautiful green area. The house is exactly as described in the listing. Everything was clean. Excellent for those who want to cook, it had everything that is necessary, including beautiful dishes to serve. Very good barbecue area. We had a pleasant stay. Isabela was a great host, responding quickly to messages.

The house is very well equipped, everything works (showers, lights, air conditioning, TV) and super clean. The location is excellent: in front of the path that leads to the beach, in less than 5 minutes on foot you arrive. The comments here about the noise of street cars did not bother us: it is a light move at the time of departure from the beach. at night a silence. We went to a family of 4 adults and two children and everything went super well! Communication with Carol is great and we had a great stay! We left the night before check-in only to get away from holiday traffic, otherwise we would stay longer! Recommended!
