The accommodation is excellent for family and friends, with comfortable rooms and private bathroom. The house offers several utensils and has plenty of space for everyone to be at ease, providing a feeling of being at home.

Very attentive host, clean accommodation in organized, has all the utensils necessary for a good stay, is right next to the beach, quiet and safe place. We went in 5 people and we felt very good on site. I am very grateful to Host Tere and her husband for their tips and hospitality.

Very beautiful place, quiet and secluded space, but close enough to the center. The house has plenty of space inside and out, with a wonderful yard overlooking the lagoon, and on the other side the beach a few steps away. Alberto is attentive and responds quickly, we will definitely return.

The beach is in front of a beautiful place, a little far from the center but it's not a problem because you have everything in the area and you can reach the center in 5 minutes by car, the amenities of the building are very nice, especially the pool.

We went to this house on a weekend with rain and mild temperatures, yet it was worth every second! It was me, my husband, daughter and our 2 Golden Retrievers! We went to the beach (after all, the house is on the sand) in the rain, we ran, we played, we smiled! One of the days was sunny and we could see the spectacular sunrise, we walked to Grant's beach. The house is simple, but it is clean and has everything you need, in addition to reminding us of the houses of the past and bringing us closer as a family. I recommend it and will return as many times as I can ♥️

The apartment is wonderful! Very organized, clean, beautiful and cozy, exceeding our expectations. The structure of the condominium is excellent, with swimming pools facing the sea, a heated pool, jacuzzis, gym, sauna, sand court and even a direct exit to the beach, which is a great differential. The condominium's environment is quiet, perfect for relaxing, and everyone (residents and employees) is very kind and polite. The hosts were amazing, always attentive and ready to answer any questions with great cordiality. The site is ideal for families and for those looking for a rest in a calm and beautiful place. We will definitely return and recommend it to everyone!

Comfortable, large, air-conditioned apartment in all rooms, quiet to sleep and a few steps from the beach. There is not much wind circulation, even though it has strong on the street, in the apartment it does not circulate much. The washer is not dryer, but works very well, the building has a community dryer. Adryana has provided chairs, sunscreen, super quick support for what we need, she and her husband are super professionals. It was well equipped, clean, good bath and good beds. Critical point of the condominium, the grill hood is on only 1 hour, then hangs up and we have to request at the concierge. Meanwhile, smoke in the house. Other than that, everything ok.

Great homes, all perfect as described in the listing and Mayara was excellent as a host gave all the necessary information and always responded when necessary. We'll be back for sure.

A great place to spend a few days by the beach and relax a lot. The condominium has excellent swimming pool and gym options, as well as the beach just a few steps away! I would definitely like to come back!

The house is a little piece of paradise, the sun rises in the sea in front of the house and sets in the lagoon behind the house in the fall, which provides incredible scenery to contemplate. The lagoon is rich in fish and siris, the experience of fishing as a family and preparing what we fish for the meal was very cool. In the back there is a beautiful tree with swinging, a bench in the shade and a trapiche, a very nice area to enjoy, we went with a child and a border collie that love water and they played a lot, a positive point is the balcony with a table, fireplace, swing with a view of the lagoon, which you could see them playing even while we prepared the meals. At night lights give an even more special charm to the scenery and allows you to continue to enjoy. Well-equipped kitchen and other comodos serve the stay very well. We live very precious moments in this house, with beautiful days and very happy in the family. The very attentive and helpful host on all issues.

Very nice house. Super comfortable. Very helpful and attentive host whenever we need. The house is a show in itself, it is worth it for both summer and winter, since it has a fireplace and also a heated pool. We felt at home.

It was a great experience. Local super new, clean and organized. All new and full kitchen. All smelling. Near a very quiet beach with chairs and umbrellas to bring. Host received us super well and always helpful. We like it very much and we would come back other times. Para o Beto trail 8 to 10 min. Super quiet. The accommodation is truly impeccable, a very complete home, with all the necessary utensils, bedding, good space to receive a group of people. The differential is due to the heated pool, but we were unable to take advantage of it because the heating pump gave a problem, they sent a technician to arrange it and he said it was all right but unfortunately it did not work, the pool remained freezing. This was not an impediment because in the house there were other things to do, and the fun was guaranteed. I return and recommend this home to everyone!

The house has a very cool different architecture, front room with air conditioning and beautiful sea view. Many fans in the house to be able to be used in the other 2 rooms that do not have air. It has a lot of cooking utensils, plenty of pots and pans. I even used the oven for a pastry, very good the oven! There is no coffee maker (for those who are used to coffee), but it has the utensils to make past coffee (even had paper filter available, strainer, kettle and thermal). I found the kitchen cabinets and dirty drawers. But it's something that happens with beach houses. The house is very good, nothing was missing. It has a balcony in front of the very tasty kitchen, which overlooks the sea. And it's super close to the beach. Empty beach, there were not many people, in March. The very brave sea, waves that make us carry broth, with holes as soon as it enters the water, easy to drown, very careful with the children. I did not find the beach good for children, very dangerous. But there are other beaches nearby.

We stay in a simply wonderful house! Impeccable in every detail — extremely clean, organized, full of charm and comfort. The structure was complete, with everything we needed and a little more. Best of all? Foot in the sand! We woke up to the sound of the sea and, in a few steps, we had our feet on the beach. A true paradise! The children had too much fun, could play freely in the sand, run, explore... It was a rest for the adults and pure joy for the little ones. The place is amazing, super quiet, perfect for those looking to relax and enjoy unforgettable days with the family. We want to go back now!

This property is a little gem. We and our two dogs felt very comfortable right from the beginning. Located on the mountain on three levels is the house with the balconies, the garden with its trees and plants and the large covered terrace with barbecue area, all perfect for enjoying. Especially to mention the breathtaking view of the small fishing village, the sea and in the background the skyline especially at night. Our host is a very friendly and likeable person and was always there for us when we needed her. We will be happy to come back.
