The stay was very good, it is super close to the Ponta Negra waterfront. There is a pharmacy, market, bar and laundry nearby. Super functional and clean apartment! We recommend it with our eyes closed and we will definitely return.

An excellent black-tipped flat 24-hour reception always available to help a clean, organized flat had everything we needed a spectacular black-tip view and the gorgeous bald hill of the most would surely return to stay there only missed a standing clothes when I arrived wet from the beach or pool for drying clothes, more than anything else the experience was extraordinary for sure I would recommend for lodging.

The kitchen with several utensils as per advertisement. The host is great. Great location close to pharmacies, mini markets, bakeries and some restaurants. It is possible to walk on the beach along the black-tip slopes.

Apt very secure, condominium with excellent structure, all items according to announcement, always fast communication, the beaches of Parnamirim are excellent and are only 5 min by car. The Christmas beaches are 10 minutes away. In other words, the stay is in a very strategic region for those who want to enjoy the coast well.

Large and quite comfortable accommodation. The building is old and therefore bears the marks of time. It features various amenities and environments that allow a comfortable stay for large groups.

The one thing I will say is the pictures of the place don't do it justice. Not only is the house very large and spacious, it's located it a lovely gated community which has a number of nice pools, tennis court, workout room, etc. It's also steps from 2 private beaches. Also, you couldn't ask for a more hospitable host. Michelle and Rose were extremely quick to fix any issues we had. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. We couldn't have been happier.
