Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia de Ponta Negra

Ingrid's accommodation seemed very appropriate for the price and the photos match reality! Everything was clean. The self check-in was very helpful and peaceful since we arrived quite late. The kitchen is very well equipped and the location is very good because you can do everything on foot. The only detail: there was no blanket or quilt and I'm a bit chilly. They clarified in an email that we should bring something if we were to be cold, but traveling with hand luggage that is impossible. Just that detail... I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is consistent with the photos, the view from the balcony is beautiful, having breakfast there is a delight. The space was clean, organized, the bed is super comfortable. Thiago was very helpful, polite and always responded with agility. The only addendum is the air conditioning that is a little noisy because it is older, but freezes well. The common area of the hotel is a charm apart, staff are polite, the pool is even more beautiful in person, makes beautiful photos. I was by car throughout my stay and I had no problems parking or registering it. It is also possible to walk to the nearby shopping mall (pirates) or other places of interest. I highly recommend the place of Thiago.

Exactly as in the photos, the heated pool saved the stay with the cold weather, apartment with everything you need, and close to several shops, shopping and incredible beaches. Amei and super recommend!

Wonderful place with private beach. A place to disconnect from the daytime madness for a while. Well-equipped house and a boatman who takes you to the special places of the region. You only have to remember to take everything because there are no shops or paderias, but also not to take too much, because it has to have space on the boat. It's well worth it!

Our stay was quiet, I believe it is the best option in Trindade. The house has a beautiful view, it is possible to see the sea and beautiful birds in the trees. Some tips: Go by car (with a full tank, no gas station there), the sill beach is a little away from the center and the best beaches for bathing. Take a market purchase, Trindade's are very basic and the restaurants too. Take repellent!

Romain's house was the perfect place for our stay in Picinguaba. In the left corner of the beach, the house is isolated from the center of the village and you feel alone in nature. From the huge wooden balcony, you can see a beautiful view of the other end of the beach and the entire neighboring stretch of the São Paulo coast, as well as the Serras do Mar and Bocaina on the horizon. The house was impeccably clean, the furniture and kitchen utensils well maintained. Romain was still super helpful and quick to respond, even from afar, and the people responsible for the house (Gal and Cacau) were friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. The house still has access to a charming and delightful stone beach for relaxing away from human presence. We'll be back more often for sure!

We loved our stay in this paradise on earth. The house is perfect for those who want to sleep and wake up to the sound of the sea. Indescribable feeling of peace and comfort, because the bed, bedding, pillows, towels, everything was very clean and of high quality. The details that make the difference in a stay. We had a wonderful stay at this magical place. It’s basic and an escape from modern life - don’t expect modern luxuries but it’s perfectly comfortable and we loved being there. We were lucky enough to see turtles, monkeys and a wide array of birds while there and the views of the ocean and surrounding islands are stunning. Claudia (the housekeeper) is helpful and a good cook, and we made the easy journey to Paraty one night for dinner with thanks to the boat service available. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with the information provided.

It was a magical weekend. It was a pleasure to experience the whole island. The house is beautiful, and it has a wonderful energy. All very clean and organized. All the people we had contact with on the island were very receptive and attentive. Without a doubt we will return.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Lovely cottage. Loved the outdoor kitchen. Beto took us on a boat trip & fishing. He even took us spear fishing at night in the creek! The house is located in the jungle, so you wake up with birds singing :) Beto & Fernanda are great hosts and have good recommendations and knowledge about the area.

The house is located in one of the most incredible places in Brazil, if not in the world. There we experience unforgettable experiences, filled with joy and tranquility, with the clear waters of Saco do Mamanguá as the main attraction. We hope we will be able to return soon.

My contact was more with Fabiana, super helpful and attentive. The apartment was in accordance with the listing description, great location next to Shopping Pirata, 2 km from the center, very close to the highway if you want to visit the beaches of Angra by car, there are very good beaches following the direction of Mangaratiba. Very nice condominium area, for those who prefer convenience, there are tours that you can arrange in the condominium area and the boats stop at the condominium pier. But what really made the difference was the host's kindness and attention, especially when allowing us to check out a little later. This care has made all the difference in our experience!
