We are on Santa Tereza Beach inside the condo. Morro de Santa Tereza, a gated condominium with 24-hour security near the Yacht Club Ilhabela, a prime area. A fully renovated chalet, equipped kitchen, refrigerator, inverter air-conditioning, Nespresso, basic kitchen items, double bed and 2 single mattresses, a sofa bed, bathroom and TV. We are in a great location near Vila, with many restaurants, bars and stores (4 minutes by car) and 800 meters from the nearest beach. Car wag in front of the chalet.

Enjoy this a lovely experience at this beautiful one bedroom house with ocean and garden view. you will have privacy and a lot of space for your pet to play at the garden. the house has a two porches with hammock, Brazilian barbecue device, nice outside shower, and a lot of peace and quiet.
