The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

Wonderful stay, we felt at home so cozy it was. Not counting on the wonderful view, Fernando gave us a lot of support and it was pretty cool. I will definitely refer it to my friends and I intend to go back again, amazing experience! The flat has all the support we need, especially when we want to cook it has all the utensils, cutlery, cookware, stove, all very organized and clean.

The apartment is simply perfect! Complete, very well equipped, with everything we need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent: just cross the street and we are on a beautiful beach, and right behind there is a supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. The host was extremely friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The great place to host and rest!

Comfortable accommodation with description and photos consistent with reality. Comfortable beds, house complete and with all necessary utensils. New condominium, an excellent structure, and access to the beach.

The apartment is perfect, well decorated, illuminated and well flavored. The TV is a show, as is the towels and linen. The kitchen is well equipped for small meals, the availability of the cooler is also a hand on the wheel. The penthouse is a spectacle apart, the sunset is amazing, the panoramic view of the elevator a show! I have no negative points, just details like the bed that could be bigger for the couple, and I think the extra mattress is not comfortable for a third guest. Ah, and the sea view of the apartment is only from the side on the balcony, which is still amazing. I would stay again and recommend it!

The experience of the stay was extremely satisfying, we live happy days and rest in the house. The space is exactly the same as the photos, very clean, organized and with several leisure options to take children off screens. The pool is another strong point, always with a pleasant temperature and at night the water is even more warm, appearing to be heated. The host, Karyna, was always on standby for whatever need arose. Similarly, the caretaker, Antonio, and the cook, Maria, were cordial and very helpful. The condominium is quiet and wooded, close to the beach, however the stretch did not please us much, because although it was a beautiful place, because it was close to the river, the water was a bit cloudy and with vegetation, which did not make the bath so inviting. However, this was not a major obstacle, as the house is very close to two other beaches (about 4km). Anyway, the experience was excellent and we want to come back again.

We have been in the house for 2 weeks and we love being staying there super quiet and very cozy. The house has everything you need from bath towels to all the kitchen utensils… a wonderful pool that my son would wake up at 6 to get into the pool… Kaka the boy who takes care of the house extremely attentive and dedicated to this house as if it was his! every moment we need the help he always answered and was in the house in less than an hour! In the end we love being in this house and we will definitely visit more often! Thank you dona Cristina and the Kaká people very dear and humble.

We really liked the property and it suited us perfectly (both for the location, parking and interior space). The children's items were very useful (the toys mainly) and the accessory items too (cooler for example).

Casa with good location, close to the beach and a little further from the center (still to go on easy walking), great for those looking for quiet, home with 4/4 air-conditioned, clean and with reasonable space. Also air-conditioned room, good leisure area with pool and barbecue area (which needs a roof, because it is in the sun, but served the purpose well), garage was 4 cars without disturbing the circulation, large kitchen and equipped with all necessary utensils. I will definitely refer you and come back again!

A wonderful stay! It served us super well. The best view I've ever seen from everywhere I've ever traveled. Maceió is perfect, we will definitely return other times and in addition Diogo leaves two beach chairs in the house and a styrofoam for you to enjoy in the best possible way. Great place, all very quiet and close to the beach. Wanderlei always friendly and took away all the doubts we had. It takes about 5-10 minutes to get to the Shopping Park, it depends on traffic. A 5-minute walk on the beach and you find stalls and the sea is great for bathing if you don't want to move the sea bath in front of the apartment is quiet too. Condominium safe, calm, no noises, perfect for those who want to rest. I highly recommend!

Super cozy, clean and pleasant space. I would rent it again without even thinking!!

We stayed in a group of 6 adults for 1 week in Elias' apartment. The location is privileged, in front of the beach, close to tourist spots and supermarket. Although the building's facade is older compared to the others, the apartment is new, renovated and we lacked nothing during the stay. The 3 bedrooms have air conditioning that worked perfectly, the beds are comfortable, and one of the bedrooms has a smart TV. For us, who like to watch football, the big TV in the living room was a plus. Kitchen is well-equipped. Contact with Elias was smooth, he responds quickly and is super helpful. As an improvement, I suggest just a TV in the other 2 bedrooms to be perfect. I would recommend it with confidence and would also stay again on another occasion.
