The place is in a very simple neighborhood but very close to the shops and 10min of the main stalls, the attraction of the house is the outdoor area, the swimming pool and wonderful, BBQ area, TV to play music. The housekeeper always available to help.

We love our stay at Eugênio's place. The house is beautiful, well spacious and well decorated. We felt at home. Eugênio was super helpful from the time of booking until our departure. We highly recommend it! The region is very beautiful too.

Very cozy and well structured house. Utensils working well. Wonderful condominium with many activities to do, such as horse riding, club pool, in short, has met our expectations too much and I highly recommend it. We will definitely be back for another family weekend.

The house is even more beautiful in person. Everyone loved it and it was hard to leave. We had wonderful days and we intend to return, because a week is too little in this paradise. Our whole experience was wonderful: the house is captivating, very well maintained, with beautiful decor and a very complete kitchen with all the utensils you need for everyday life, the beach at the door is very clean and with its warm waters, Lopes and Fábio (caretaker) are always helpful and concerned about our well-being and the city with kind, attentive and polite people. I want to drop everything here in Mato Grosso and go live there!!kkkk. Walking through the little streets around the house, going to have an açaí at the kiosks on the central street... I miss it... Anyway, if you want a quiet place, with a lot of privacy (the house has no neighbors on both sides), safe, familiar and cozy, you won't regret staying at Lopes' house.

The accommodations were perfect for our needs. Plenty of beds that included linens and pillows. Air conditioning provided. Very nice house and perfect for family gatherings. Luiz was super solicitous for all doubts. Check-in was simple. The house was well located, close to the river, a restaurant, a grocery store. In addition, the house is beautiful and everything was well organized. I recommend :)

The welcome by Leonardo's father and mother was wonderful. Everything is clean, the rooms are airy, the kitchen has all the utensils, the beach is very quiet, the neighborhood is quiet, the beach has waves. and the good thing is that it is next to Tambaqui, Praia do Saco, Ilha da Sogra, there are amenities nearby, about 2 km, and also two two from the house.

our stay was great! The house is facing the beach, very beautiful. Karla was great at communication, gave us great instructions and was super kind. and it is recorded here my admiration for the couple Ana and Cristiano, they are very friendly and solicited, they received us with coconut water in the refrigerator, and an amazing shrimp moqueca (service contracted to direct part with Ana, which I highly recommend!), were very helpful and gave us great tips to enjoy the region. it was well worth it!

The house is exactly like in the pictures, practically standing in the sand and has a very cozy outdoor area. The place is very quiet, perfect for those who want to escape from hectic places and rest with the family. Mittla was a great host!
