I spent the holiday in the apartment and I say it's all flawless. the view is sensational!the kitchen all furnished with everything we need for everyday life. clean bathrooms, large and comfortable bed. sunrise is beautiful from the balcony! the club is complete too, I had no problem with anything, 100% flawless. rogério, a Grazi and also husband, super solicitos all the time Super indico and eyes closed!

Great stay! I came to rest before Carnival and this is the best place to do it. The room is spacious and very clean, the terrace is very nice. The view from the bedroom is amazing. You can eat at Nena's restaurant which makes a very, very good food. Araçatiba is a beautiful beach, quiet but with lots of small restaurants around for lunch or dinner. It is very easy to find a boat to go around the island. Ask Nena for advice, it's the best:) I recommend this place 1000%. Thanks for everything Nena <3

We went as 9 adults and 1 child and the house was comfortable for our stay. We were able to extend our check-out by one day to make better use of it, since we had 2 days of rainy weather. The condominium is nice despite the hills, but it has the internal van if necessary. Super nice club and beach.

It was last minute and Pablo answered me immediately. Air-conditioned apartment in all rooms, bedding is great and the shower has a lot of pressure and hot/cold water. The kitchen has several utensils (Air Fryer, blender, sandwich maker, microwave, electric oven, cooktop) that make it very easy for anyone who wants to cook or even barbecue on the balcony overlooking the sea. It was 04 wonderful sunny days!

The hosting experience was better than expected! Looking at the photos and the ad, you get a very good impression, but when you arrive, the feeling is even better. Just before we arrived, Daniela (hostess) gave me all the guidelines necessary to reach the house with ease and we were very well received by Fabio who even called us to see the turtles that were near the pier on one of the days. At this time of the year (January) even with the rain period the sea was clean and the fish swam with us. It was a very legal experience for my husband and I mainly because we valued this contact with nature very much. It was our first time in Angra, about the region was different from the other beach experiences, it did not seem very touristy as the place is close to residential neighborhoods. After we were informed that the tourism of the region mostly takes place in the tours to the nearby islands, we chose not to do due to the high of the cases of covid, but we saw a speedboat pick up other guests on the beach in front of the house, which greatly facilitates the logistics! The internet is good for communicating and watching movies/videos but it may not be enough if you need to work making video call (happened with us). Outside the internet, everything works great, good air conditioning, kitchen with all the necessary equipment, comfortable bed and shower. We'll be back for sure!

Julia and Samuel were super helpful and attentive the whole time, the apartment was extremely clean and is very well equipped and comfortable, with air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. The view is spectacular and the resort is full of activities, I highly recommend it for those who want to take a few days off in Porto Real

Perfect accommodation, I felt super good, we were greeted with a set table and a box of chocolates, I was answered quickly, air conditioning cooling well, very hot showers, full kitchen, I highly recommend it!!

The place is even better than in the photos, everything is well equipped, bed and bath linens super clean and of great quality ,the view is not even spoken , sorry when I was raining that I came to the house before, in the kitchen there is everything for use ,answers promptly when requested , finally I will be back !!! It was a great stay !

Our stay at Jeane's property was excellent! There were 7 of us and the apartment was good, with comfort, cleanliness and privacy. Communication was easy and the host was very considerate. The slopes had already been reported, but we accessed everything by car without difficulty. We don't use the resort vans, but we see them running all the time. Checking in with the key safe made it a lot easier. We had a setback with the foot of the bed, but Jeane responded quickly. Some items, such as the air conditioning in the room, did not work immediately, possibly due to the batteries in the controls. We also forgot the tip about the boiler, which takes a while, but it worked well. The view is beautiful, the block is quiet and the property is well equipped, with towels, blankets, shampoo, soap and conditioner. We had the misfortune of the marina beach and the club pools being deactivated, but we still enjoyed a speedboat ride leaving the marina. We intend to return and have already recommended the property to family and friends!

Andrea left us at home… we were super comfortable. We have indicated wonderful places. The view from the apartment is indescribably beautiful. We saw the sunrise every day. Super cozy apartment. Equipped kitchen. Flexible hours. Not to mention the condominium structure…many options…there is even a movie theater. Let's go back for sure. We love the place and we already have a taste for more. My stay was one of the best times i had at Ilha Grande. The beach from Aracatiba is so beautiful and not crowded at all. Andreia and her husband Erlon are so kind people, they really care about you and that you feel welcome. You can ask them everything and they help you. It is such a nice and cozy spot. So memories were created that will last. The only downside was that i couldn't stay longer. I am going back next year!

Very good accommodation. I loved the double bed, especially the mattress. The place is a paradise. A lot of marine life for those who like diving. For those who enjoy hiking, it is excellent, for those who do not, there are boat trips.

The place is according to description/photos. Otima bed, great bath and a full kitchen. The condominium is complete and the beach is private.

Alessandro's apartment is even better than the photos advertised, incredible view. Cozy apartment, great rooms, lots of bathrooms, perfect cleanliness, good beds, wonderful showers, very good space! Our group was very well accommodated and we loved the accommodations. We already knew the condominium, it has great pools, sauna, spa, good beach and the best of all, it's always without crowds of people. Our stay at Alessandro's accommodation was very worthwhile. I can't help but mention the kindness of Alessandro and his wife, who always responded quickly and did everything to please. Many thanks for everything. See you soon!

Luana, a great Host, recommended so many things to do, including an unforgettable schooner tour. Super-equipped kitchen, with everything you need (just bring food). Extremely wonderful resort, I am delighted so far. Superbly located apartment, extremely charming landscape, with a view of the sea and the external area of the Resort. Renata's place is just like in the pictures. The condominium is great, it has a private beach and pool. The apartment has two bedrooms. A double bed in each. Simple rooms, but sufficient for a good night's sleep. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials: stove, microwave, refrigerator... I missed basic amenities such as: salt and sugar. There is no place nearby to shop, only by car. The process of having to go up to get the control to open the parking lot, despite not being practical, was well explained at check-in and check-out.

The apartment has been recently renovated. It's a delight. It feels like we're staying at a friend's apartment. Everything is great. The condominium is very large and has its own beach and restaurant.
