Amazing space. The apartment is new, very well decorated and has a wonderful sea view. The condominium is very beautiful and is close to Conceição, from where several walks to Angra/Ilha Grande leave. We spent a few days and we have no complaints. Note: it is good to be aware of the description, the condominium is really quiet and does not have many service options nearby, which in our case was not a problem.

Excellent Flat!! Perfect location!! Perfect service!! The only thing I missed was bedding. This didn't spoil my daily rates, but it looks like a tip. Other new utensils and working perfectly! Security of the tb boa building. Foot in total sand. We'll come back other times.

Eduardo's apartment is wonderful and we felt very comfortable. It is very well located within the condominium although the road is a bit steep as it is on the mountain. A plus is that there are free vans that transport you in and out of the condominium. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for everything Eduardo!!

Our Family loved every moment in this penthouse with an amazing sea view 🤩 We were impressed by every detail that the host organized on site literally you just need to take the bed linen because there's everything there. The most beautiful place I've ever been. The housekeeper, Marcos, super attentive. The two puppies that have there are super cute and lovable. This home is amazing. The view is INCREDIBLE. You see the beautiful mountains and the ocean. The balcony is spacious & we had fun doing barbecues on the patio at night listening to music. The bed is very comfortable & the house is very cozy. The kitchen is fully stocked with an air fryer, gas stove, and this makes cooking very easy. We absolutely loved it here! If you’re thinking of booking this place, do it! Leticia is also a very kind & responsive host, we felt very welcomed here. 10/10 experience : )

beautiful house on a beautiful island

I really enjoyed my stay in this cozy but simple house . The location is perfect and you are near the pier and directly at the beach ..you close the door to the garden and have your privacy but can still see the ocean from the terasse ☺️the kitchen was rustic but well equipped and the bathroom was very basic but ok . I just enjoyed sitting on the terasse and Go for a swim at the beach where I was always by myself ..the people of the village are super friendly and welcoming!! There is a little kiosk just next door and a little bar/restaurant with basic food ..very authentic ☺️

Good location, just a few steps from the beach, very close to the pier for transfers. The host was spectacular and gave us a lot of information about what to do on the island

The apartment is very spacious and everything was well clean, towels and impeccable bedding. The condominium is very cool, huge pool area with hot water well tasty for cooler days like the ones we spent in Angra. Very nice Academy also with mats and some other basic equipment. The host gave several cool tips for places to eat and speedboat trips to do on the outskirts. We love your stay!

My contact was more with Fabiana, super helpful and attentive. The apartment was in accordance with the listing description, great location next to Shopping Pirata, 2 km from the center, very close to the highway if you want to visit the beaches of Angra by car, there are very good beaches following the direction of Mangaratiba. Very nice condominium area, for those who prefer convenience, there are tours that you can arrange in the condominium area and the boats stop at the condominium pier. I stayed in the apartment for a month and it was a great experience. The space is large, airy, and well-lit. The description in the ad, as well as the photos, perfectly match reality. Contact with the host was also very smooth and easy at all times when it was necessary. The location is also excellent!

From the beginning, Vinicius was extremely attentive and responded quickly to our requests. The apartment is exactly as described and corresponds to the expectation. Comfortable, easy access, located in a great condominium. There is a marina in the condominium itself, so we didn't even have to go out to do boat trips, just go down, very practical.
