Cozy, rustic home with a breathtaking view. Wake up and look at the sea without raising the head of the pillow is priceless. And no mosquitoes! Architects' Beach House with Privileged View

Designed by Carlos Lemos, our house is one-story, spacious, and super bright. Situated on a plot of land with a privileged view of the sea and the mountains. It is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with few neighbors, about 500 meters from the beach. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room, and has fast internet (100Mb) with Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the balcony outdoor area is quite large with a deck, hammocks and a portable barbecue.

You will have an exclusive beach for your entire stay. That's what enjoying the beach is all about. It's just 20 steps to the sand! Here you can really enjoy the beach and not face traffic or crowds. Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
