Hosting place organized, clean, well decorated…everything impeccable and with a lot of whim. To feel like you're at home. Near great shops, market, Farmacia, etc…We really like it and we are already thinking about coming back.

Our stay was wonderful! The place is exactly as described, super clean, well equipped and cozy. We felt very welcome and comfortable every day. The location is excellent and the host was always attentive and helpful. We definitely recommend it for those looking for a peaceful and enjoyable experience.

Mauricio's space is very cozy and spacious, fully equipped, with air-conditioning in the bedroom and a fan in the living room. The house is very airy, has a garage and is located very close to the ferry to Ilhabela, which can be a key point for those who want to explore both São Sebastião and Ilhabela. Everything for basic necessities of everyday life is near. Mauritius has proven kind and proactive, with nice recommendations.

Excellent place, had everything we needed , well equipped . Very good location, stand in the sand, delicious pool, pool restaurant with attentive staff and delicious food!! Supermarket right next to the building, very practical . Manoela was attentive and kind all the time!

Internal space, as per flawless listing, kitchen and bathroom, we very much like the accommodations/facilities, host has given clear information and we thank you from heart for the accommodation, we love to have stayed in the apt !!

Completely Supriu what you were hoping for. A pleasant, cozy space with a beautiful view of the beach, well located with a 2 minute walk to Martin de Sá beach, restaurants, supermarket and other nearby shops. Leonardo was also super helpful, gave many valuable tips to enjoy our stay, left us a wonderful treat as soon as we arrived. I definitely want to come back more often.

We had a wonderful experience at the apartment! The view is simply amazing, facing the sea, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. The space is super comfortable, well maintained and exactly as in the photos. The host, Rafael, was impeccable — always considerate and helpful, making us feel very welcome. My stay at the site was perfect, I loved the place, both I and my family were extremely satisfied, clean apartment, impeccable, easy access, quiet, just a few minutes from the center, everything was very good, I will return more times without any doubt.

Excellent experience. Without criticism, so that it is perfect I suggest maintenance in the air conditioning of the main suite ( does not cool properly ) and arrange for at least the ceiling fan of suite 2 to work, since there are technical difficulties for the corrective maintenance of the air conditioning installed in this suite. Another important detail is the fact that there is no hygienic shower in any of the bathrooms. An exceptional apartment like this one deserves special attention.

Great family accommodation. Comfortable, safe, clean, spacious, bright, airy apartment, well located and easy to access with quick check-in. Located in front of the beach and in a strategic location to go downtown or to explore/visit neighboring beaches. The host is extremely attentive and her answers are quick and decisive. This is a great place to stay in Caraguatatuba/SP.

The apartment is very wide and close to the beach. The kitchen is complete with all the utensils we need during our stay. The hosts are very helpful and helped us quickly whenever we needed it. I highly recommend this AP and whenever possible we will return.

Very well-kept apartment, I was very impressed by the details and care they had with us. Excellent location, impeccable cleanliness, everything very good. A very good balcony with cozy armchairs and sofas facing the sea. I only have compliments, so much so that I consider coming back soon. It was worth every penny I paid.
