A casa fica a 2,5 km da avenida principal do balneário. - PÁTIO E PISCINA TOTALMENTE PRIVATIVOS. - O acesso para carros é fácil pois a casa fica apenas à duas quadras do calçamento. - Estacionamento para 1 carro dentro do pátio. - Wi-Fi - Próximo de mercado e padaria. - Animais de estimação são bem vindos.

The apartment has 3 fans and kitchen utensils. Walled parking yard, with electric fence and automated gate. It accommodates up to 6 people. The condominium has only 3 apartments.

Two-story house by the sea

The townhouse has a balcony overlooking the sea and a large patio in the back with a barbecue. Two rooms with sofas and armchairs. Well-equipped kitchen with two dining tables. It easily accommodates 8 people, but we have some extra mattresses that we can arrange if necessary. Close to markets and bakeries. Located 900 meters from Iemanjá and 50 meters from the beach. We offer bed linen and towels. We don't have beach chairs or umbrellas.

A shaded outdoor area features a white hammock suspended with decorative fringe, accompanied by a cozy daybed adorned with white linens. A magazine rests open on the daybed, while natural light filters through nearby window openings.

House of tranquility!

The house is located in Povoação da Barra, in the countryside of São José do Norte. A very quiet fishing village. With access to the piers of Barra, and an incredible view of the canal in front of Tecon. The place has historic buildings, in addition to the Barra lighthouse and the Atalaia. Great for those who want to relax, fish, get in touch with nature.

Excellent apartment, ocean view, in the building of the former Hotel Vila Moura. One-bedroom apartment, complete with Wi-Fi internet, a barbecue on the balcony, air-conditioning and all the amenities needed for a good stay. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Full kitchen and basic utensils.
