Monthly Rentals in Praia do Diabo

Great studio apartment one block from the beach. The area is safe and very walkable. About a 15 minute walk to the metro station (General Osório). There is also a grocery market in the same building on the first floor (Zona Sul). The apartment has excellent Air Conditioning, the window style unit in the photo has been replaced with a new quiet mini split A/C. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook food, and a washing machine for clothes. Mauricio was always fast to respond and very helpful. You are very close to the beach so during the day there is always a lot of street noise from people/cars/buses. Not the apartments fault, it's just the reality being one block from the beach. After 11pm it gets very quiet and I had no trouble sleeping. The building itself is quiet, there was never any noise from the neighbors. Overall a great apartment and I would book again. Everything was perfect, Maria was very friendly and with a very good predisposition. The apartment is very complete and comfortable. We will be back!

We really appreciated Leo & Archanjo's help as we arrived early with lots of bags and no where to put them. They went out of their way to help us drop the bags early and this was a huge relief for us.
