Wad amazing place to relax and get around town. View of the ocean. Walkable everywhere and the concierge service is great! Will definitely book on my next visit. I liked the building so much I want to buy a unit and AirBnB when I’m not in town!

Ótima the convenience corresponds with the listing the place is not the best (neighborhood) but matches what is said a little dangerous and you can't do anything on foot I recommend a car, inside the ap is top everything very big clean and accommodates very well all the people the old building was under renovation when I went then had noise but maybe in another time it is different, I loved the quick help of the helpful hosts and always offering the best they can recommend yes!

The house is beautiful, as in the photos. Very comfortable. The condominium is beautiful too. Anna always responded quickly, I even had a little problem late at night and she responded promptly. In short, my family and I like it a lot. I highly recommend it.

Apartment as described on the listing. The condominium has good space for children to play and the pools have the water at a pleasant temperature. The hosts are kind and helpful. The location is great for those who want to enjoy Praia do Futuro, Sabiaguaba and Prainha. The only thing is that at night the indication is to always ride your own car or Uber because the avenue is very dark. I only have to thank the hosts for their hospitality.

The apartment is fabulous, with a refined decoration and very good taste. It has utensils necessary for a good stay, as described in the listing, with great comfort and sophistication. Beautiful view to the waterfront. The privileged location is also added to the choice, the building with kind and attentive staff, and a good swimming pool. The host Ana Paula is also helpful, and she always quickly answered the questions raised. I highly recommend and, returning to Fortaleza, will certainly be my choice again. The fact that it was at the beginning (or end) of the waterfront provides good walks, which for me was very interesting.

My stay at Luciana and Renan's apartment was amazing. They were kind in recommending us things to do and always very attentive to answer any questions. I didn't have any problems. The apartment is large and comfortably accommodates 5 people, the location is excellent, close to everything, a maximum of 15 minutes from anywhere I needed to go. I felt at home, so much so that I already made another reservation for the end of the month. I recommend it to everyone looking for a good, quiet and safe place to stay during your trip to Fortaleza. Ventilated. Quiet. Beautiful sea view. Comfortable beds. She made sheets and towels available. All rooms are air-conditioned. Quiet leisure area. I live in Fortaleza and booked the apartment for a family getaway and everyone loved it. We will definitely be back. Once again, I thank the host for his willingness to always clarify any doubts. We will definitely return to Índico.

Roberto and Mychele's Apt is best for the listing, because the location is perfect in a resort with all our convenience, and next to the beach park I was interested in. There are basic items to make all meals if you don't want to go to a restaurant. It has a nearby market. Communication, cleanliness, comfort, conservation, everything excellent. I recommend to anyone who wants days of fun or rest, the tb resort is excellent. It is advisable to buy the ticket p beach park if you pay attention to the days they work.

Just like the photos, the beach park is behind the condominium. Several nearby restaurants and markets as well. I found the place to be very quiet, but we didn't go out much at night. I'll be back again, for sure☺️.

I believe that the one who was most surprised was my 4-year-old daughter, she loved the apartment, the pool area, my grandmother loved the hammock on the balcony and I thought all the amenities around Studio Iracema were perfect. Everything we needed to feel at home was in the rental, so I give it a 10 and I'm already recommending it to friends.

Our stay at Raquel's apartment was wonderful! The apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos; everything of great quality, a lot of comfort and tranquility. It has everything we need and even more; she is kind enough to leave water, cleaning products and some other kitchen amenities.
