We were served by Mr. Eduardo, he was very polite, helpful. As per the announced apt, Mr. Eduardo said they are arranging air conditioning in the bedrooms soon the rooms will have air. I thought apt was very spacious, I missed cabinets in the kitchen, Eduardo said that Mrs. Maria was arranging this to get the kitchen more organized. Super recommend!!!! Mr. Eduardo a Great host

Cozy apartment, great location, in addition to the seaside fair that is in front, several restaurants, gas stations and market all very close, very organized and I needed assistance for the Internet and Jairo gave assistance. The street can be a little noisy but just close the door that seals the sound well, doors seal the street light well into the property too, I highly recommend the accommodation.

Hello, I spent 7 days with my family at João's house and it was just wonderful. The house corresponds perfectly to forró. It is large, ventilated, has comfortable beds, swimming pool always clean and cared for. But the cherry of the cake of the stay, was to hire the service of Nice. What a polite, helpful, kind woman. Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

For me it was one of the best stays that I have spent first because my family loveduu so much we are already wanting to rent but times it was all very perfect I have nothing to say des of communication the exit was all too perfect! I can't wait to return again my family loved too much….

The site accommodated the 8 people in our group perfectly. It is spacious, very clean, well organized and has everything needed to make us feel at home, exactly as advertised. Host Elisa and her father were extremely attentive, always available to help us with whatever we needed. The welcome amenities, such as ice water and soap, were a special touch and very welcome after the trip.

My stay at Luciana and Renan's apartment was amazing. They were kind in recommending us things to do and always very attentive to answer any questions. I didn't have any problems. The apartment is large and comfortably accommodates 5 people, the location is excellent, close to everything, a maximum of 15 minutes from anywhere I needed to go. I felt at home, so much so that I already made another reservation for the end of the month. I recommend it to everyone looking for a good, quiet and safe place to stay during your trip to Fortaleza. Very nice apartment, very well located, very clean and well equipped. We only had a problem with water distribution during the stay, but the host was able to resolve the issue.
