Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia do Guaiuba

Our stay in Jae's apartment was simply wonderful! The place is amazing, super comfortable and with a view of the gods, really breathtaking. The location is excellent and everything was very clean and organized. Jae was extremely attentive and helpful from the beginning, always available to help us with any questions. A special highlight was the flexibility in check-in, which made all the difference for us. It was a very positive experience and we certainly intend to return soon. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is simply splendid — spacious, airy and very well decorated, with a beach charm that perfectly matches the energy of the place. Every detail was designed to provide comfort and well-being. The view is breathtaking, with the sea stretching out on the horizon like a living painting. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was a unique experience, which brought an indescribable peace. It is undoubtedly the ideal place for those seeking a refuge from the hustle and bustle of life, a space where body and mind find rest and renewal. It was a memorable stay, and we will certainly return. Thank you for everything, Lívia!

Best view in the area! Fully air-conditioned apartment, perfect for hot days. Two complete suites with king bed, full kitchen, perfectly functioning internet, smart TV and amenities. Very polite, proactive and flexible hosts. Check in Quick and staff of the Building very solicited and polite. A pity that the recreational areas of the building are not open to the guest, but this is warned in the listing! Important notice that the apartment has the balcony/windows locked for opening, for security, we do not care and made no difference, the air conditioning is perfect, but it can be a matter for those who care. The Fico building on the galheta hill, super close to the beach of stilts. I recommend and would come back.

The stay was great! The apartment in general was completely impeccable, it matched the ad, everything was in the best condition. Communication and reception were the differential. We really liked it and we intend to return next year.

The apartment was great for 2 or 3 people ! it has a balcony and a lot of sun ! it has a washing machine and the distance to the beach is super close, the safety and tranquility too! super recommended

The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped, a wonderful view. Right next to the beach and the trade. An earring! We recommend it!!!

The house is all we see in the photos! Spectacular Outdoor Space. Great to enjoy with a large group as all comforts/amenities are super spacious. I recommend the house for both family and group of friends.

Juliana from the beginning proved to be super proactive and receptive. We celebrated the anniversaries between friends and everything was perfect. We received cupcake at check-in and we were still able to extend the check-out. The space was impeccable, closer to the beach than it seems to be, to make everything walking. Very empathetic and partner. We will definitely return more often!

The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close
