We loved the stay, the house met all our needs. Large and full of space... My family loved the place and everything was as advertised. Nerli was very attentive and served us very well. I just thought the house would be a little closer to the beach, but you can walk there easily, close to markets and a pharmacy.

Best Airbnb I've ever stayed in, I found the price very good, everything very clean, organized, the house was perfect, accommodated very well our staff, it was comfortable, spacious, the toilets beautiful, clean, the house had plenty of shots, the kitchen was well equipped, good to use, perfect barbecue area, finally the house exceeded expectations in every way

The arrival at Casa Vila Say was a pleasant surprise, although the photos of the advertisement are already passionate, they cannot translate the beauty and charms of the house, we were surprised by the space and the care in every detail. Luis is an excellent host, passed all the coordinates and gave a complete checklist on the features of the house, the communication was quick and always very resolute!! The house is as advertised in the photos, comfortable, clean, spacious, excellent location, very close to the beach, and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and we also had the beach kit: chairs and umbrellas. Our stay was perfect. We chose Leandro's house in order to rest. The house is far from the center, around 10km. Praia calm. We were lucky with the weather, as it did not rain any day. There's a little store next door that has everything to buy. Leandro lives next to the house and any need is to resort to him, who has always attended us willingly. From house to sea are only 50 meters. You can see the sea from the gate. You have to bring bed linens and dishcloth. We take our Pet. It has a huge backyard for him. We used the barbecue a lot. It has air conditioning in both bedrooms. City Hall has no air-conditioning in the living room, but you don't need it, as the place is cool. Only one microwave was missing, to make it easier to heat food faster. Great value.

Jair is super good people, the house is complete, extremely clean and well positioned. São Chico is super safe and the people very polite. The beaches are beautiful and on the side of the house we have a quick access to 3 of them. Anyway, I recommend the house, the city, the Jair, the beaches, the people... it was a trip top!!!

Wonderful space, ideal size for a small family, everything very nice, Ednilson was a wonderful host always very proactive. We loved the place and will definitely be back more often!!!

Perfect location for those who want to go to Praia do Forte. A few minutes away (by car) from supermarkets. We had very hot days (which was great for summer), but since there was no air-conditioning in the living room, we had a bit of heat. Nothing that hindered the great stay we had. We recommend Loreana's home and think about coming back to the new season next summer.

Our beach vacation couldnt be better! Located only half a block from the sea, the house is beautiful, well decorated, super spacious and ventilated, has large suites, good grills and the kitchen is super well equipped! It also has beach suits, such as several chairs and parasol, so you don't have to worry about a thing! We found the space very clean, smells and well cared for! There are good supermarkets and bakers nearby, which makes it easy for those who want to cook while staying. And you can still choose to go by bike, as the house has 4 bikes for free use by guests! A delight! The hosts are very dear, flexible and have always responded to us quickly. The contact with them was always easy and quiet! No doubt, we will stay here again on our next vacation in Ubatuba!

Great house with 5 suites, living room and kitchen with internal barbecue, full kitchen, lots of silverware, electros, very good dishwasher! Great, clean pool, your Antonio every 3 days is cleaning, outdoor barbecue great! Flawless garden! We were receptionist for Fatima, a sweetheart who knows everything about the house! Anyway I recommend, very satisfied!

I recommend this location, everything that is described in the advertisement has, comfortable house, good space, good place, close to the beach you can go on foot, good for hiking, I really liked the beach items, it helped us a lot. Hosts helped us with everything, helpful, communicative, wonderful people! The apartment was extremely clean, the location is wonderful, the view is beautiful, it's windy enough that we hardly even used the air conditioning. The rooms are spacious, I liked it more in person than in the photos. The hosts live in the house downstairs, which made everything very easy, they helped me with everything. The house was a dream! It's close to the sand, easy to get in, fully equipped with everything we need. Elaine always responded quickly and the surroundings were quite safe. The very comfortable rooms and the living room and kitchen welcomed everyone from the house at mealtime. There are several things Elaine has prepared for us that in general are the things we forget! soap, toothpaste, hat. It had a chair and parasol to use, appliances all clean and working. The decorated house was a mimo. I already recommended it to my parents and would definitely come back! Thanks for having us so well, you made the tour even better!
