Beautiful view, calm sea, suitable for bathing, great for fishing and water sports, boat ramp a few meters away and boat mooring in front of the house. Very close to Villa Casarão (parties and events), in the middle of the oyster gastronomic route and a few minutes from the airport. Parking for up to 3 small or 1 large car. A acomodação é arejada, com estacionamento, em região tranquila, em volta pela natureza. Próximo há praça com academia, pista de skate e quadras esportivas. Há cerca de 200m tem um ponto de ônibus para as linhas que acessam as praias do Norte da ilha e a 800m outro ponto de ônibus que ligam ao Sul da ilha. Com mercado, posto de gasolina e farmácia à 800m.
