Our first time in Ubatuba and the choice of location exceeded expectations, especially in terms of location (the beach, although not for bathers, is spectacular and super close to other quieter ones). Si was very helpful, a dear. We were very well received and the house had exactly the structure we were looking for to go with a 9-month-old baby: simple, comfortable and super clean!

I had a great experience! From the beginning, we had clear and respectful communication. It was my first time using Airbnb, and it couldn't have been better. I was very well instructed, and the apartment is faithful to the photos. When we arrived, it was impeccable and smelled clean - we were surprised by every detail! The pools are perfect, well maintained and clean. During the days I stayed, there were few people in the place, and those who were there were always very polite. The apartment is very well located, close to the center. The city is beautiful, with great places to visit, as well as being quiet and safe for walking at night or along the beachfront. The region is also close to several beautiful beaches and has many establishments for incredible tours. Anyway, my family and I love the place and highly recommend it! For sure, we'll be back at a next chance!

The house is beautiful and has a smart architecture, providing spaces for both conviviality and rest - not to mention that it is very close to the beach. Our stay was wonderful, the atmosphere is very pleasant and cozy. I dare say that the space is much more beautiful in person than in the photos. Everything is extremely clean and organized, everything is working perfectly. The space has all the utensils to prepare meals on site, cleaning supplies, clothesline to hang clothes, beach chairs, etc. Quiet check in and check out. I recommend it without fear.

Beautiful place. Stayed with my family and had a lot of fun. When the beach was getting too cold for us, we could always come back and enjoy the pool. We also hired Graça for cleaning and cooking. Totally recommend.

Clarissa was very helpful from the start and responded quickly. The condominium is relatively far from the center, but it is easy to access. Super markets, bakeries and pharmacies are on the same street as the condo, so it is very easy to get to these places. I highly recommend it!
