The house is very beautiful, it has very nice spaces and there are many spaces. It has everything you need in the house, from basic things to things that go beyond what is expected. The host is always very attentive and flexible.

I love the beach where the cottage is located, it is peaceful, and Carlos' accommodation was a great experience! When we went, it wasn't very hot, so there weren't many insects and the weather was pleasant. For those who like to keep their feet in the sand, it's an incredible place to spend a few days. It would surely come back!

The apto da Paula is great and is located in a condominium with a very good structure and security. Beds are very comfortable, showers are very good and the kitchen is very well equipped. The only thing is that the curtains are of fine, light fabric, so the rooms with an exit to the balcony are very clear when it dawns. The location is great for those who like to go out to eat, as you can walk to the best restaurants. Outside the high season, access to the beaches is also quite traquilo. I liked it a lot, I would stay again.

Our stay was wonderful , we enjoyed every day , and the structure of the condominium very good , for me who have a 2-year-old son, I always kept him occupied in the playground and pool area. Not to mention that the location is great , located in the center that we can walk to the restaurants , aquarium and the new shopping center of Ubatuba , we want to return as soon as possible ! What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made sure to help us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It feels like a family home. The bedroom and bathtub upstairs were a great plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely return to take the family with us.

8 days immersed in nature with comfort and safety! 10-star rating for the cleanliness of the house: for sheets/towels/blankets and new covers (we used them!)/kitchen utensils/deck/outdoor and indoor space... The view is incredible (from everywhere in the house!), the house is much better than in the photos, it has a unique and cozy decor! We cooked (it has everything!), we barbecued, we ordered delivery (recommended by Fabio), we had the presence of all the birds in the photos, toucan, squirrel... enjoying nature and the immensity of the sea from the deck is divine! Excellent wifi (we worked in meetings at one point, all 4 of us, and the Internet worked perfectly!). Fabio was always very present for any need (we spent beautiful days!) his prior guidance is essential: we used all the recommended paths to the beach (the walk is worth every minute), we went to the island in front, we played dominoes/bingo (which were available in the house), we used frescobol/beach chair/his sun guard! wait for us Fabio! we'll be back!

Our accommodation was wonderful. Super attentive and helpful Neide. Check in and check out super quiet. The clean, organized mto apartment, basic utensils, close to the beach and supermarkets. Leisure area in the mto boa condominium, with access to swimming pool, park and ice machine. We're already scheduling to go back and referring to friends.

We love the stay, house very clean and organized, the kitchen is outside the house but has all the utensils. Local is close to the beach to go walking, the beach is very beautiful, has several kiosks and is close to the highway to the north beaches. Marcos and family always willing to help and guide. The house is great, super spacious and very well located, it is less than a five-minute walk from Praia do Lázaro. It is perfect for those looking for space and practicality near the sea. Some details of the house need renovation, but nothing that disrupts the stay. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The owner, Flávio, is super kind, attentive and responds quickly, which made all the difference. I recommend the house.

Great stay, the apartment is just like the photos and the condominium is quiet. The only thing is the smell of mold in the closets, which is very strong, probably because it is closed for a long time, and also one of the single beds had loose wood and almost fell several times. Apart from these two points, I recommend it, very comfortable and cozy, perfect for those looking for peace close to nature.

We loved our stay in the condo! The house is super spacious, very bright and well equipped. The condominium is very beautiful and close to the beach. We were very well received and treated by Thiago, the person responsible for taking care of the place. In addition, Dalva, extremely helpful, was always on hand for any questions we had, making our arrival and stay peaceful! We are definitely thinking of returning on our next visit to Ubatuba.
