Holiday rentals with a patio in Praia do Pina

Regarding the owner, I had a lot of ease making contact with him, he responds very quickly and is very attentive, I can also say that he has good taste and creativity, which is reflected in the apartment, whether in the decoration and even in the construction of the apartment. The building has an excellent location, being close to pharmacies, the medical center, markets, restaurants and with access to the main roads of Recife. The apartment is very well equipped, from kitchen utensils to an iron, even beauty utensils such as a hair straightener and others (my girlfriend loved that part lol). Both rooms have comfortable beds, one firmer than the other (to suit both tastes). The TVs are up-to-date (smart), so you can watch whatever you want. The apartment has good ventilation, but also has air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a fan in the living room. Everything was very clean and sanitized. Regarding parking, I liked the fact that I could park in any space in the garage.

The place is identical to the photos, we had incredible days and I would certainly return to your accommodations, it is super worth the cost benefit, and very close to the airport, which makes it very easy, the fair in front is great and the apartment has no noise from outside, wonderful experience!!

A differentiated experience! I identified too much with the space. Beautiful visual identity in the smallest detail. A historic mansion filled with charm and elegance in the heart of Recife. The stay was worth too much.

Excellent location, the apartment is complete, comfortable and clean. The condominium's leisure area is wonderful, with an incredible view of the city.

The stay was great! The apartment is very well equipped and clean, comfortable bed. We only had one incident with the bathroom registration during use due to an excess of water pressure, but it was soon resolved with the person in charge.

Amazing house in the colonial style with beautiful decor and paintings. WiFi worked extremely well, also in the pool area. The pool was lovely and the towels for the pool were excellent quality. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the kitchen utensils you could need. Very nice and well maintained garden area with plants. Everything was really great. We loved our stay at the house. The only thing we missed was a barbecue in the pool area, that would have made it even better. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the house and for Maria Cecilia and Janaína who welcomed us. Communication was great. Carla and Mrs Jael were amazing in hospitality, helping us in everything we need during the stay, with very agile communication both before lodging and during, providing extra mattresses to additional members and even helped us with some kk fantasies, as well as giving local tips about nearby blocks and trades. It is a great place to stay during the carnival due to the cost-benefit, with nearby market and pharmacy, but access to the house needs to be done by the main street (not by the lake street).

A beautiful and very cozy house, the location is excellent and I think we will return other times, the communication was always assertive and quick and the hosts were kind and always helpful.

Great place, full of interesting art and walking distance to everywhere in old town Olinda. The balcony had a lovely view and a nice breeze perfect for hanging out in the hammock after a day of exploring.

The stay was amazing, Tessa, Graça and Rita were very hospitable, person loves and always readiness. I wanted to thank Tessa very much, who introduced the house to us and was always available! Very kind and nice! I and my wife were received extremely well, I only have compliments for those days I spent there.

The perfect location! In the most idyllic street of the city. Could walk everywhere. The apartment is very cute and comfortable with a patio with a perfect view overlooking the picturesque street. The lock to open the gate was a little hard to use when we first arrived but Marina was super communicative and responded immediately and we had no issues after that.

The apartment was perfect, the doormen were always ready to help and guide us when we had questions, and the person responsible for giving us the password was very clear in saying everything that would be necessary for check-in, which made it easier to enter the apartment.

I stayed 1 month and a half, from February to March including the carnival. The apartment is very pleasant, very comfortable beds and pillows, good shower also, air conditioning that works well and helps in the heat, the condominium is nice and safe as well. Unico is the least positive point is the difficulty of returning home from Uber after 10 pm, many drivers refuse, in these cases I would return by bus through the Tancredo Neves station because there are at least 5 direct options and the stop is near the condominium street that is just 5-10 min walking. Everything went well for me. It was great, so grateful for the hospitality of Joelma and Bruno.

Large, airy apartment, much bigger than it appears in the photos. Stunning view of the room . Espaço was clean , has household utensils for meal preparation, excellent quality bedding and bath, split air conditioning in all bedrooms, 1 suite, + 2 Canadian suite. Hostel, was kind , polite, quickly answered questions. Educated ,helpful and resolutive condominium employees.
