The pools are perfect, well maintained and clean. During the days I stayed, there were few people in the place, and those who were there were always very polite. The apartment is very well located, close to the center. The city is beautiful, with great places to visit, as well as being quiet and safe for walking at night or along the beachfront. The region is also close to several beautiful beaches and has many establishments for incredible tours. Anyway, my family and I love the place and highly recommend it! For sure, we'll be back at a next chance!

Dani, received us super well, gave us several cool tips. The apartment is spacious, well equipped, with a good location. But some things were poorly washed, for example: airfley had food residue, the cutlery was poorly washed, the blankets with a strong smell of sweat, and the rooms smelling of mold. Me and my husband washed everything, including the blankets, we couldn't use them the way they were. But this did not disrupt our hosting in any way. It was incredible days!! I believe that if you do a good cleaning in the apartment it will be impeccable.

I stayed in the apartment to participate in the cycling race (Gran Cup Ubatuba) and the location is excellent, very close to the red beach (starting point). The flexible Check-in and Checkout made by Ykaro was a great help, and he always responded promptly to clarify any doubts that arose. The place is quiet and exactly as in the photos. Next time, I'll think about staying in the same place.

The stay in Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not conducive to the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bed linen and blankets, but that did not prevent the good use. Due to the low season in which I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it passed by letting the air air a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and it doesn't have much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.
