The house is extremely comfortable, a mixture of wood, glass and stone. The most complete house.

The host is very attentive and responds quickly. The apartment is clean, well equipped, the building is new, well located. Large spaces. Comfortable beds. The only thing that's a little bad is that the parking space is very narrow for those who have a pickup truck, a time-consuming job to get in and out but it's just detail. Super recommend and accommodation and would come back for sure!

The stay was excellent, high quality in every detail! The apartment is very spacious, charming and very well equipped, with a great structure for remote work and a parking space that is easy to park. The self check-in was extremely pleasant, practical and hassle-free. The location is quiet and strategic, close to the center and the beaches of the north of the island. Rodrigo was excellent and extremely helpful in all the details during the stay. I highly recommend it, I intend to return!

Excellent accommodation! The apartment is super comfortable, well equipped and exactly as described in the listing. The two air-conditioned suites, the full kitchen and the air-conditioned living room ensure practicality and comfort throughout the stay. Special highlight for the balcony with private barbecue, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The location is also great, in a quiet residential area, close to Floripa Shopping and easy access to the beach. Everything was clean and organized on arrival, and Seazone's support was efficient. I would like to leave a special thank you to the host Fábio, who served us extremely kind and agile. His attention made all the difference and made the experience even more special. I highly recommend to those looking for a quiet, practical and well-structured stay in Floripa. Voltaria for sure!
