Keys: Pick up at the building's reception desk with prior authorization, which will be sent to the guest's email after closing the lease.

Praia das Astúrias in Guarujá, a quiet place 1 minute from the beach with calm and transparent waters... 1 minute from Morro das Galhetas and the fish market, 2 minutes from the Astúrias market, Seu Vidal bakery, Burgman... very well located. It is on the 1st floor (there are 1 flight of stairs), building without elevator, we accept Pets and garage with shared spaces with manual opening. 1 bedroom with queen bed 1 sofa bed with single mattresses in the living room.

My place is near the beach. You'll love it because of the location. It is ideal for couple. Always very clean and organized. We remind you that check-in and check-out is from 8 to 6 pm.( with flexibility)We have internet. The apartment is airy. It accommodates 2 people with up to 2 children very well. We only have one room with a double bed. In the living room a sofa that turns a bed and can also be used for an adult. Tombo Beach again received a blue flag seal.
