Wonderful location, facing the beach, impeccable apartment, super clean and smelling good!! Super fast Wellington service! We really liked it and, whenever we can, we'll be back!!!

Super quiet villa, we didn't have any problems. Ângela always responds very quickly, it was super requests with our checkin that it took a little while and promptly made itself available to resolve. The penthouse is wide, accepts pet and had pretty much everything we needed. We forgot to bring hand towels and there was no available, I recommend taking it. As well as plug adapters as the sockets are of the old model without the ground. Super equipped kitchen, functional service area. It has cooler, chairs and umbrellas available. It is important to bring items such as sugar, coffee, paper filter, oil, as there is no in the house. It is minutes from the beach, pharmacy, markets, everything is resolved by walking around the neighborhood. It has a shower in the outdoor area near the barbecue, very good!

The apartment is simply splendid — spacious, airy and very well decorated, with a beach charm that perfectly matches the energy of the place. Every detail was designed to provide comfort and well-being. The view is breathtaking, with the sea stretching out on the horizon like a living painting. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was a unique experience, which brought an indescribable peace. It is undoubtedly the ideal place for those seeking a refuge from the hustle and bustle of life, a space where body and mind find rest and renewal. We rented the apartment to go to the wedding in Praia do Tombo, and we loved every moment we spent both in Guarujá and in the apartment. It was a wonderful stay! The environment is really as described, super appropriate for a couple, the view doesn't even need comments, wonderful. And because it is in front of the sea and on the avenue, we were surprised by the silence that is in the apartment. The surroundings also help a lot, as everything is close by, we don't take the car out for anything, lol. I'm sure I'll be back soon.

My family and I loved Ivete's house. She was very kind, helpful and understood that we would need a late checkout due to work hours and she was able to flex what we helped a lot. We love the place, clean, beautiful, very neat beds, clean bed clothes, all in good condition. The apartment holds well 4 people, the bathrooms are great, wonderful shower with plenty of pressure. The only point of improvement I have to talk about the bathrooms, it's about having large mirrors inside the box, I don't think I would need to. Finally, we will be back for sure. I thank you for the reception.

It exceeded my expectations, it was more than I expected, a very clean, fragrant, well-decorated place, perfect view both in the living room and in the bedrooms, very quiet. Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

Of excellent accommodation , all impeccable. safe place, mto next to the beach, excellent location , 100m sugar bread, 100m pharmacy, fish market about 300m , everything easy , anything you wish to do you could walk. Is to arrive , save your car and enjoy your days in tranquility. I have nothing to complain about , it was days on the beach as if you had in your home. Cozinha mto good , well structured , apto mto safe and cozy. There's nothing to talk about , they were too many days. I stayed 5 days in the apartment of Alceu and were a score of 1,000. We had a problem with our car , activated the insurance and the taxi , taxi delayed a little by the demand for the holiday and Alceu immediately allowed him to stay a few more hrs inside the apt until the taxi arrived, anyway. Compliments only Note 1000 Parabens to Mr. Alceu and Mr. Juradir ( caretaker ) who assisted us at all times with any doubts we had.

The positive point is the location of the apartment that is served as a market, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants very close by, not to mention the excellent Tombo beach that is less than 50 meters. In relation to the accommodation all according to the description and photos of the listing. It is an old, but well maintained apartment with new furniture and utensils that served the stay well. As a negative point I highlight the building's garage that is very tight, even when it is full there is no way to get into the vehicle since the car parked next door prevents the opening of the door...rs. Another point worth highlighting are the bedroom and living room fans that are operated by remote control. When trying to control one, the other fans also respond to the command although installed in another room. Maybe there's a way to use it properly, but I didn't find out. To end the stay was very fruitful and I would certainly recommend it to others.

Patricia's apartment is excellent, spacious and comfortable. Located very close to Tombo beach and on a quiet street close to supermarket, pharmacy and good restaurants. Patrícia was an excellent host, giving us flexible at check-in and leaving restaurant tips. Extra point for concierge staff!

The owner was always very attentive and helped us resolve a date change. It was quick to present us with new dates and explained to us how we should request within the Airbnb website. The apartment is very well located and pleasant. I recommend it!

Me and my family love the space, everything clean, organized, great structure and safe. The location is excellent as it is very close to the beach and quiet. Nilva was very requested and was always available offering information. We will return more often and we will definitely indicate the location.
