Beach condo holiday rentals in Praia Grande

Amazing accommodation for a couple, my fiancé and I got off by bus and upon arriving at the apartment everything very clean and cozy, what surprised me very much in the apt were the basic items such as a simple detergent in the sink, dishwashing bushes, toilet paper in the bathroom, (simple things that I did not find in other stays..) bed cloths and carpets all clean, we feel the touch of love in each corner of the apt. Regarding the location, it was our first time in aviation, it really has everything about, but we left for dinner and we found bar options, real food rice and beans rs’ and good music only in Guilhermina a few minutes from the apartment, we were walking and finally a super delicious tour. Vilmar always very polite, Thank you so much for your stay, we will be back for sure.

Great stay. extremely cozy apartment, super well-equipped for the times we stayed indoors . Stand in the sand, great place to walk and many food options, nearby supermarkets.

The Sunset penthouse is fantastic, although we were only 2 people, the apartment was much more than we needed, it is an ideal penthouse for couples or people with children. Normally I would say that my reviews are very serious, but in this case I could not use another term "EXCELLENT" I recommend 100% ...... if it was not so big I would definitely come back other times. Congratulations Adriana, we do have to comment, whether positive or not, as this helps other interested parties a lot.

Upon arriving at the apartment, I found a clean, organized and cozy place. The dining table was set with cups for coffee, and there were complimentary espresso capsules in the Dolce Gusto coffee maker. In the bedroom, there were washed and packed face and bath towels, as well as a blanket. The view from this place is incredible, truly cinematic. The neighborhood is safe and is next to Santos, providing many walks and places to visit. Communication with them was clear from check-in to checkout, they pay attention to answering questions. I'll definitely come back more often

We spent a very special weekend in Fábio's apartment, as a Mother's Day gift for my mother, who dreamed of seeing the sea again. The apartment is beautiful, very well organized and decorated in very good taste. We truly feel at home. The beach view is wonderful and brought even more charm to this significant moment. Mr. Neto, from the concierge, was very helpful and guided us with all the necessary information, which made us feel even more welcome. Fábio was also attentive and provided us with a smooth and welcoming experience. We will definitely return!

Great location: bars, bakeries, supermarket, restaurants and ice cream parlors in the vicinity. Very polite staff. Daniela is always helpful and friendly, we were very well taken care of. Great experience, I recommend it and we will stay again when we return to Santos.

The house is super clean and the landscape is simply stunning! I loved it, everything was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The environment is perfect for taking beautiful photos. The host and the housekeeper were super attentive. I am very satisfied, 5 stars for sure!

Rosangela was super attentive and quickly responded... The apartment has a special view of the sea and an island, we passed New Year's Eve 2024 there and the fireworks display seen from the balcony of the apartment on the 27 floor surprised us... It was very nice the week we spent there.
