The house is exactly as advertised, the second time I've stayed in the same house. Always very well arranged, clean! Super safe gated community! Foot in the sand! Excellent location! Jade always responds quickly and attentively.

Beautiful house with phenomenal view. Full and extremely well equipped house. Sueli was very attentive. As described in the announcement, it is not suitable for children, the elderly or people with mobility difficulties, but the view makes up for the effort. Two bedrooms one suite with double bed and one room with two beds are inside the house and there is a suite with double bed and single bed with a connection by the terrace, this last room has a little more humidity. The office /TV room is super cozy, too bad we didn't even have time to use. Delicious beach, without agglomeration and beautiful. We're going to want to go back.

The home of Carolina offers the best of both worlds: it is close to the beach, where it rolls quite agitated and is a delight to spend the day, while at the same time it offers a place surrounded by nature enough to be a refuge within another. In addition, the house is equipped with all the utensils we need, which made it very easy to just enjoy the space. Finally, air-conditioning in all the rooms is a differential, because the summer nights have been hot. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The house is wonderful, just like the photos published, super clean and organized, check in and check out without bureaucracy, the location is perfect, organized and safe condominium and very close to the beach, the condominium's market is very close. Host Tatiana is your husband Orlando, they answered all questions quickly! The only downfall we found was that there was no air conditioning in the rooms. We love the stay and will be back for sure!

To access the beach, you need to walk a block and cross the highway, but there is a pedestrian lane and speed bumps, as well as a radar, which reduces the speed of vehicles and it was super easy to cross! We just spent an amazing weekend at this house in Praia da Baleia! The house is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped — it has all the utensils we need for a perfect stay. There are four suites, a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue, pizza oven, and it's close to the beach! The condominium is super nice and safe, with beautiful houses around. The host was excellent, always responded quickly and gave us all the right directions. I highly recommend it for those who want to enjoy relaxing days with family or friends. We sure want to go back!

great villa for us who went in 2 adults and 1 child. super clean, covered and very smelling pillows, well-equipped kitchen,only the stove oven and the unworked television near the Guaratuba River. The housekeeper Mr. Severino very good people,we made it super at ease. the studio has 3 great fans, we are not hot.

My stay at Bruna's house was wonderful! The space is cozy, clean and very well maintained, just like in the photos. I felt super comfortable from the first moment. Bruna was an amazing host, always kind and ready to help with whatever was needed. It was a very positive experience and I would definitely stay again!

good afternoon, the same house in the photos, impeccable, extremely comfortable we felt at home. the house has a great structure has everything that is nescessary, tbm counts with stroller chairs umbrella and cooler to take the beach. very beautiful place, and wonderful stay, recommend it.

The location is excellent. The accommodations were very clean. Although the photos describe the place well, in person some objects need to be replaced or repaired. I suggested to the host another refrigerator, as the one that is there is small for 10 people. But my note is still 4.5 out of 5.

The house is an experience, with corners and very special and welcoming spaces. The kitchen is very equipped, has a washer and available liquid soap and face towels in the bathrooms. The entrance and the front are very nice, lots of plants and walking space. In addition to all this, it is very close to the beach, which was super important for us who travel with our elderly parents who can no longer walk so much. We love our weekend!!
