In the backyard, there is a kiosk equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, card table and foosball. And in the backyard, a volleyball net.

The chalet is 100 meters (2-minute walk) from the sea, Passo de Torres, SC, and 4 km (10-minute drive) from Torres Beach, RS, bordering SC. The chalet is fully furnished, with a complete kitchen (all utensils), 1 full bed and 1 bunk bed, with bed linens, pillows, blankets. The bathroom has an electric shower (towels, soap, toilet paper, hairdryer). We offer free Wi-Fi. The total area is approximately 25 m2. We do not accept reservations longer than 10 nights, nor monthly.

The house is located in the back of the Residential complex, which has 2 more houses in the front. The space is not shared with other guests. The house has all the utensils for your stay. Air-conditioning in the en-suite, other bedrooms have fans.

Note: steep stairs, not recommended for people with mobility issues.
