Excellent apartment, right on the beach. Complete condominium with swimming pool, secure parking, doorman always available, especially Nice, who received us with great politeness and sympathy. Various household appliances and electronics as well, we don't miss anything. Rinaldo, always very polite and helpful, gave us tips on restaurants and a tour guide. We took the tour with the agency he recommended and it was totally worth it. We love everything, it was definitely a very good experience. 10/10

We had a great experience at Apart Hotel Marinas! We stayed on the third floor, in a super nice apartment, with balcony facing the sea — the view is truly charming. The space is ideal for up to four people, with a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The bed is great, and the only detail that could improve would be to offer a little firmer pillows. Bed and bath linens were impeccable, all very clean and well taken care of. The bathroom is excellent, spacious and with a wonderful shower. Another positive point was the availability of toilet paper for the entire stay, as well as cleaning materials and basic utensils in the kitchen, perfect for quick meals. I highly recommend it! The apartment is functional, well located and perfect for those seeking comfort and practicality with a beautiful view. we would definitely return!

The Matheus space is very well located, close to supermarkets, restaurants and a beautiful view of the sea. Comfortable, airy, excellent for rest. I and my family like it very much. I recommend it.

Great choice!! Nice, modern condominium with great structure. Excellent swimming pool and gym. Very cozy and comfortable apartment. Amei everything, were days of peace, leisure and rest. The beach in front of the condo is great, especially at low tide times. And the neighboring beach, which is the beach of Bitingui, simply one of the most beautiful in Alagoas, with a stunning natural pool! Japaratinga is perfect!! Quiet and paradisiacal place. Carla is a superhost!!! Always kind and attentive. Just gratitude!

A quiet place to take care of the silence and lightness that life proposes. As the Djavan says, a good place to read a book. That's what I did in that stay. Sati the silence, read and did some readings of the environment too, which conveys comfort and warmth. Super recommend!

We had a great stay! The house is very comfortable, with spacious, well-lit and ventilated environments, providing a constant feeling of well-being. The view of the pool with the sea in the background is simply breathtaking! Moreover, the experience of drinking coconut water straight from the coconut tree in the garden is something unique and unforgettable — a true privilege. I also highlight the attention and support of the host, Claudia, always very helpful and caring, which made our experience even more special!

Great house , we are in 6 adults and 1 pet , large space, comfortable , well equipped , closed garage for 02 cars , great outdoor space for barbecue with a good pool ! Stand in the sand , balcony that serves the 2 bedrooms on the floor Superior with a beautiful sea view with nets ! Great location , with restaurant , Market, pharmacy, bakery , butcher shop and hortifruti nearby ! No Need by car ! Dna Zélia greeted us on arrival , super polite and gentle, and accompanied our departure ! Super attentive and helpful Micelle, with Great communication ! We stayed 13 days in April 2025 . A very nice place. Very good hosts. Erica's pope who lives there, Erico, always willing, friendly and discreet. The dto is simple but you have everything you need for the stay. The beach is undoubtedly spectacular, perhaps one of the most beautiful we have visited in Brazil. The water temperature excellent, days 29 ° warmer than the Caribbean. Without a doubt the Sitio is the best in Maragogi. We recommend it without a doubt. The area in gral of condominiums, which face the sea, without streets arriving from the route, makes it very exclusive. On the date we were , it included the end of Easter, the beach was not " invaded" by people. The sea is very calm, almost without waves ,the beach accessed from the Sitio, still keeps a low tide a proximity to the sea. It's clean and spacious. Your activities, walks,bikes, jet skiing, kayac The RPC dpto is very correct. Thank you Erica and especially your Dad. We will definitely be back. Ideal to go with a vehicle for shopping

The place is exactly the same as the photos, the hosts are always available when we request information and the bungalows were very close to the main points of the city, everything was great.

We went on a family trip to Maragogi. Two kids, my wife and I. The house is not brand new but it is fantastic. It is in a condo but is one of the best houses there as it has direct access to the beach, a 50 meter walk barefoot on a sandy path shaded by lush coconut trees. The grounds are meticulously kept by the condominium staff daily and there is 24 hour security with an on duty guard at all times. The pool, although small is verry nice, clean and well kept. It is an excellent complement to the beach so you can easily move from one to another. Next to the pool, a sandy volleyball court graces the grounds for a bit of family sport. We went in the low season on the week before easter. The temperatures were always above 30ºC and the water temperature was around the same you transit in and out of the water effortlessly which is amazing. The sheets and towels were spotless and of high standard and the beds were very comfortable. Well done Vitor and Rosana. I hope I can return someday.

I stayed from 05/29 to 06/03, and everything was as expected. Clean, cozy flat, has everything you need to make quick meals. The resort complex is very well maintained, and because it was out of season, it was almost empty, we enjoyed it a lot.

Casinha 04 is an extremely cozy and comfortable space. We found exactly what was in the description, an organized space with all the necessary equipment to spend the days of carnival. The condominium is in front of the beach, which is super pleasant. In addition, it is very close to the center of Tamandaré and supermarkets. Priscila has always been available to solve our questions, a super host. We're already thinking back.

The flat is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures, all wonderful, decorated in the most delicate way and of great taste possible, a high-end property. About the host Herbert was kind enough to release us from the entrance before check-in time and was very requested when I needed to ask any questions. I'm already planning to return soon. My fiancée and I were delighted, not only the flat, but the enterprise itself is all amazing, on the waterfront of truth. Wonderful!!!
