The view is great, 12th and sea view, better than the photos, our cats tb loved, explored every corner !!! the ap is functional mto, large rooms, entrance of the balcony by the kitchen and the living room, independent, q allows various environments. We were very well accommodated in the apartment, which is extremely comfortable and well-equipped — total emphasis on comfort, which made all the difference in the stay! The location is excellent, very central, close to everything: a full supermarket very close, the city center a few minutes away and you can easily do everything on foot. The reception was excellent, we felt very welcome from the beginning. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is in the best location of Atlantida, easy access. The apartment is old, but very nice and welcoming, but left a lot to be desired in the cleaning.

We were very well received by Mrs. Marta, with no problems regarding communication. The house is even cooler in person! We loved our stay, we went in 4 people and attended super well. Limpeza note 10, all items as per listing. The street is very quiet, something that pleases us very much. The two showers are great, something that sometimes leaves to be desired in beach houses. Finally, we found the beach enchanting, without the turmoil of the best known beaches, super clean, with plenty of policing and the basic attractions (square, kiosks, trail of joy hehe), in short, we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Great house to rest and enjoy the beach with the family. Great structure, location and neighborhood. Flawless organization/communication from start to finish with owner Rafael. All well explained, oriented; leaving us with great security to spend, quietly, these days in the house. It had never rented a place with such organization and tranquility.

It's already the second year I stay in this house! It's great, quiet place, good to rest and enjoy with family! I intend to come back more often ☺️

The place is simply wonderful for those who like nature and tranquility. Next to the river, with plenty of forest and trails to do. It's very peaceful and safe. The house is very well equipped and cozy. Air conditioning in the three bedrooms, excellent shower, impeccable bedding. When it rained, we took advantage of the fireplace, cooked and watched movies. When the sun was shining, we strolled along the riverbank, took a few walks, had an outdoor barbecue by the lake, and were able to have a campfire at night. My dog loved the place. He even bathed in the river! Silvana was very helpful and dedicated. We love the experience! We highly recommend it! We intend to return.

Very cozy house, beautiful, comfortable, spacious, with a tightly enclosed courtyard in front and back. We and our doguinhos feel at home, the energy of the place is very good. Anne was very dear, attentive and helpful, I highly recommend as a host. Our check-in and check-out was with the neighbor from the front, who was also a love with us. The house is very close to the sea, markets and avenue. Voltaremos =)

Great house! Super complete, well equipped and super well located in the condominium! Condomio with infrastructure perfect for families and children(courts, swimming pools, children's playgrounds, lake...) It is close to the beach( about 5 blocks walking). And has a support point on the beach, with chairs and umbrellas! I would own a lot of considerate!

We stayed a week. Great place to rest. Practically empty beach. The host is always very attentive and ready to resolve any issue. The place is close to Torres and Capão for those who want. Safe for children and pets. Even though it was a small condominium, we had great privacy. We'll be back without a doubt!!
